My bike start when it's cold only two cylinders after 90- 100 Celsius to run on 4 wtf?

I own a 2001 ZR2 four door V6 and the frame is still in good condition,only rust is some on the rocker panels which is an easy fix.

I own a 2001 ZR2,and the only rust on it is on the rocker panels, but I can fix that pretty easily but,undercarriage and frame are still in good shape.

This exact situation occurred to me a day ago. At first, I thought it was a Sway Bar Link as I have replaced a number of those including one on my 2002 ZR-2 Tracker. Nope, discovered 1 hour ago the "Front Suspension Subframe" on the passenger side rusted out as in your case. Thanks much for the video but I have neither the skill nor desire at age 72 to try and do this job. Plus, as someone also states below, my Tracker is heavily rusted underneath and it is not worth this job. There is no doubt, no shop would touch this work for less than $500, and I would not want to guess what they would really want + parts! 😕

It broke when I moved STPS of myk1.

I had the same issue, but when I installed the new bearing I packed it with high grade marine grease instead of the grease they send with the bearing.

That green plug that on left side of your bike what does that go to on my 05 gsxr 600 they have that jumped and I can't find any other plug that's not connected. And I can't find any information on it.

When adding the 06 throttle body to your 01 1000 did u have to do any special mod for it any wiring clip change out .or was it as simple as a plug and play .the ECU didn't have any difficulties because of injections or stva .and will this work with a 600 or 750 in this year span
