what was the bugle call at the end?
Great video, Thank you for posting.
I love the south so much
Epic! I want to join 👀
gooo job
Absolutely Awesome!
Outstanding!!
I knew the south was struggling in the munitions department but geez, where are the muskets?
Know wonder the Yankees won. Did have cannons.
We were portraying an artillery battalion. The men's job is to service the cannons, they did not carry muskets like the infantry
@@yacobbaker4916 I enjoyed the video.
@@yacobbaker4916 I didn't know this! Thank you
Reenactors can use ramrods now???
So it was a over sized battery for the confederate army? Normally I thought the csa was using only for pieces versus the union six pieces?
Oversized? How many guns do you see? This battery had 3 guns, 2 caissons, and a battery wagon at Antietam and that’s exactly what was on hand here.
Awesome upload..... thank you
Who decides on who gets killed ?
Absolutely Awesome!
My professor showed this video to my Military Technology and Art of War class last week!!! We all liked it.
Absolutely top-notch video gentlemen. Thank you so kindly for sharing this authentic and immersive experience with the rest of the world. Looking forward to coming along sometime soon…
Jefferson represent! 😎
A Battery requires a lot of manpower.
This was 3 batteries
@@beardyeighty Makes much more sense now.
Man, that looks like fun. Was this filmed near Dalton, GA?
outstanding
Neat!
Fantastic
Great work guys!
thanks pards for sharing the adventure ... perhaps I can join some day. *LIKED* the video --LT
We both must Lt. 😄😊
Awesome video
Beautiful
FUN to watch!
This is great! This is how artillery reenactors should strive to be dressed like
Nowadays I see something Reb, I like....
how much powder you put in that for a real round
It is antique but still deadly even in modern warfare.
Damn Yankees! I had to…
6 months later these same guys did an entire battalion of Army of Tennessee artillery.
That would have been a sight to see!
@@tomahawk5118 the video is on the channel for this UA-cam account.
❤
This is beyond outstanding 🎉
wow...all those fat bellies are DISGUSTING
This is one of the most authentic things I have seen since my trip down to endview plantation
This is as it should be, outstanding job.
I find it absolutely incredible how 60 seconds can change your view of an entire War. This is absolutely outstanding work !!!!
This is one of the most beautiful things I've seen in a long time 💖
I do miss my days of reenacting.
Not too many 300 pound fat arsed rebels like the old days…nice to see the reenactors upping their game.
At a reenactment, I dress in old veteran costume. Aged and hefty isn’t a combat soldier.
That organization, and a few others, has very high authenticity standards and requirements. The game is changing, if you will.
Amazing!! Simple, elegant, beautiful!! I hope one day we’ll see a video explaining how an artillery battery deploys and gets into the fight!
They have made a video about that.
@@rebelrailroader I’ve seen it!! It’s amazing!!
Simply wonderful❤❤❤❤
Which are the standard words what will use by the rebel yell?
Incoherent, high pitched hootin' & hollerin' multiplied by thousands of men in unison. Let it out, contribute to the cacophony.
HELL YEAH BROTHER!!!!! -Some Reb... Probably
what are you asking
Excellent!
vwery good Video. Thx
Great photography and a Rebel Yell, what more could you ask for?
Very informative.
Great explanation, very instructive. Deserves many more views. You should share this content with the OVC, Civil War Digest, and other Civil War channels.
