Nice video. I wonder though the 2016-2020 cx9 sig model had a 8 inch display, until they released the upgraded 10.25 inch screen from 22-24 I believe. I’m sure the connectors are different from the models, but let’s say I wanted to upgrade to the larger screen, can this be done?

I had to find a solution due to a dead right side on my 2018 ATS. Simply non-responsive side, which prevented me pressing necessary buttons, and mostly confirm android-auto. So after watching this video, I ordered the screen, and I cleared up my saturday's afternoon. I sticked to the videos (focusing on the primer one that explains how to disassemble the entire thing from the main console. NOW THAT PART WAS THE TRICKIEST AND HARDEST PART because it's not as easily removed sides around the gear and the cup holder, and the plasic there is pretty fragile and easily breaks. But, after getting that out of the way, the rest was rather easy. The video isn't relevant on a few slight differences, such as number of screws, a small white connector and the simplicty of the whole thing. However, without that elaborated video, there's no way I would have ever risking it and tried, SO THANK YOU! IT'S WORKING PERFECTLY THANKS TO YOUR GUIDE🎉

We did not do anything to get it cracked, so it's not due to negligence on the user's part. The dealer quoted $1,800. They should be taken to court for this kind of scam.

I would say I was scratching my head when the wireless charging connector was missing. I assumed no issues and moved on. I couldn't afford the new screen, so I had a old tablet laying around with a great screen on it. So I used that screen instead 😊

Just install One of these into my wife’s car great step-by-step instructions easy to follow. For me took about two hours. I ended up sacrificing my 7 mm socket to Cadillac god at the end and it is totally worth it. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Not very helpful. Showed how to unplug the electrical that was the easiest thing to do but did not show how he actually removed any of the trim.

I contacted their technical support multiple times, and they initially told me the problem was due to incorrect installation, which was not the case. I even took my vehicle to an official Chrysler dealership, and they couldn’t get the screen to work either. After weeks of frustration, Cuescreens finally agreed to let me return the screens for a refund, but to this day, I have not received my money. On July 3, 2024, I returned both screens using USPS with tracking number 9505514657214185282534. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company due to the company’s lack of response. Additionally, they blamed me for not reading their compatibility chart, even though my vehicle had been verified beforehand. Since they still haven’t refunded my money, I’m in the process of filing a complaint with DACO, the Consumer Affairs Department in Puerto Rico, which protects consumer rights. The treatment I’ve received is unacceptable, and I will pursue all legal avenues to recover my investment. I am leaving this review on Facebook because I purchased directly from their website, and they do not have control over reviews here. If you’re thinking of doing business with them, I highly recommend using platforms that offer buyer protection, like Amazon or eBay, where customers are better protected in case of issues. In summary, this is a company with poor customer service and products that don’t deliver on their promises. Avoid them at all costs.

9/1/2024. I'm a mom and was reluctant to change the screen myself, but after watching your video and reading the reviews, I gave it a try. I ordered from Amazon and followed your video from start to finish. I took my time because I wanted to make sure I didn't miss any steps. I followed part 2 and was able to replace the screen, test it before putting all the parts in place, and it worked! I paired it with my new phone and it looks great! 4 hours total Thank you!

Cadillac Dealership wants $1700 to replace the screen for my 2019 Cadillac CTS . Looks like ill be doing it myself. Scared.

Would this fit a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee? I know my screen is different then the 2018's but wondering if this would work since mine is de-laminating.

2019 Ram…just installed mine. Took about 20 minutes. The most difficult part was dealing with the computer ribbons. Those made me nervous. Other than that, piece of cake. I was pleasantly surprised everything worked right away.
