I can't thank you enough!! I had a samsung s21 Ultra. I transferred all my music into it using smart switch. It's a trap. Your data gets encrypted so it can only be transferred to another samsung product. You can ONLY transfer from old phone into the samsung,,, NOT the other direction,, you can NOT get the data out of the samsung unless it goes to another samsung, especially the music!! I was able to finally get a third party app to get some of my data out but not the music. I will never buy another samsung product!! Italy sued samsung for planned obsolescence. The latest downloads cause battery drain. I have many friends who have to carry an external battery backup for their samsung sh!t. I had all my music on an old imac with itunes. Using your advice, I downloaded the apps and transferred all my music to my new Blackview phones,, bv8800 and bv9200. These phones are awesome!! And not very expensive. After weeks of blind alleys, I finally found this info and once again,, THANK YOU!!!

Hello. I try to download a file from a podcast I purchased subscription and it does not work. It works though on free podcasts. What can I do?

This only partially worked for me. I was able to export the music files and playlists, and then I was able to copy the music onto my Android phone, but the .m3u playlists do not show up in my music app. Either it's a problem with the Android File Transfer app, or perhaps I am not copying the .m3u playlists in the right place on my phone?

The only songs that appeared in the "export for iTunes" app were not able to be transferred, they were highlighted in red & it told me that Apple doesn't let its users put songs onto a usb because it is DRM protected. How do I get around this?
