Learning To Be Thankful For Small Wins
Most people on this UA-cam journey are looking for overnight success. While I certainly wouldn’t complain about that happening, I am not expecting that! There are so many videos out there of channels getting monetized in 10 weeks, but in talking with other friends on this same journey, I have come to realize those types of stories are not the norm. Each journey is different and everyone’s experience will be different. Just learn to be thankful for the small wins and enjoy the journey.

3 Lessons Adults And The Media Can Learn From Kids
Переглядів 2419 годин тому
Coaching kids soccer for 8 years taught me a lot about life. If the media and adults did as we coach our kids to do, the United States of America would be a lot better place! We need to learn to do what we say rather than saying “do as I say and not as I do!” Hard work, good sportsmanship, kindness, and love are all FREE!

Hike To Devil’s Kitchen: Grand Junction Colorado
Переглядів 10621 день тому
Devil’s Kitchen is a hike inside the the Colorado National Monument, which is part of the National Park Service. The hike is a short hike approximately .75 miles each way. Most of the hike is on gradual incline or rolling terrain, but the last 1/4 mile is on a well marked incline that might be challenging for individuals with stability issues. Most people will be able to complete this hike and ...

We all have the one thing that we loved to do as a kid and wish we could still do. Drop the excuses and go make time to be a kid again!

Fail - Learn - Grow!

I had an epic failure on filming and adventure hike to devils kitchen in Grand Junction Colorado. Accidentally hit the time warp button and recorded half of my footage in the wrong mode. Planning For Fitness: When Mother Nature Gets In The Way

We make plans for a run, a bike ride, or hike and Mother Nature shows up and ruins our plans. When weather interferes we have to have an alternative plan to stay on track to our fitness goals. Awesome Video. You are doing so many things right. Keep sharing the message and the Inspiration. After Crabbing yesterday, I ended up with over 10k steps and 446 zone minutes. Exercise as we enjoy the outdoors. I do need strength training on my hips and core since I lost my hips in Iraq. The muscle group on left side sucks. I am following you intently on all of this content. :)

Grab you a suspension trainer off FB marketplace or Craigslist. It packs down tight and you can carry it with you anywhere you travel. It allows your upper to add support while you train your lower body.

Awesome Tom. I hear you. We are cut of the same cloth. Someone said to me yesterday while doing the @oldguyoutside crabbing video, she said; "The answer is so simple, IF we all just did the right thing, there would be no wrong". How true that is. Keep making your videos and sharing the message. Love to You and the Family Brother. Note: I just redid my Baby Boomer starting a UA-cam Channel to get rid of all the silly stuff and get the heart of it. Shouted you out a couple times along with a few others that give me Hope and Inspiration. Thank You for All you are doing and Thank You for Your Service. Airforce cool. I never agreed to the video a day challenge but didn't want to discourage you. I agree that you need to add an end screen even though I understand the purpose is to get people off social and out living! But if you recall it was one of your videos that got me to take action but you have to remember that most people aren’t going to go take immediate action. You need to just keep doing what you’re doing but it’s your journey that will inspire others. So an end screen may just lead someone to THE video that happens to get them to take action! Love ya man! ❤
