It's hilarious how many people are missing the point on why any of this happened in the first place, or rather may have forgot. Billy got alot of fame and money for years for his "high score" in donkey kong, sure he had his hot sauce line so good for him on a business front, but if you are proven to have cheated the score you then committed fraud. If i published a TAS recording of beating a world record and passed it off as a legit record getting revenue from it then I would be in lots of trouble. Same goes for anyone. This guy, billy, hadnt caught a break since being exposed so his last resort was to go after Karl with something not related to the cheating DK scores and the player of the century fabrication. Karl however has been informing us for several months that this is going to be an open shut case as he has all the evidence. Billy only has his interpretation of it to spin the story. I don't think anyone understands the magnitude of what will happen if billy wins this case, it would be like if Amber Heard won against Depp, the consequences of that loss will be astronomical.
