I still have a long way to go and although I've not got the work experience, with the way I'm going and the mindset I have, in my heart I know I'm a welder.

That's what he gets for being a jerk! I feel bad for Mahoney, because hard-working employees are always being treated this way by their employers and their customers! All that talk about the customer always being right is just bullshit!

Mahoney only did what any sane person would've done. Customers can act like total jerks just because they think they're in the right! It takes so much just to satisfy them even if they are in the wrong! How dumb can you be to be so arrogant and rude to parking valets, waiters/waitresses, or any other decent hard-working person who could easily settle the score?
