the elbow is such a devasting move in this game. You can beat almost the entire game without taking damage using just that move. Really should have been nerfed.

THAT MUST BE A MANDELA EFFECT OR SOMETHING BECAUSE I REMEMBER PLAYING IN THE ARCADE AS A KID AND IT NEVER RAN LIKE THIS. SHIT, THE SEGA GENSIS VERSION IS BETTER BECAUSE AT LEAST THE FRAMERATE HOLDS UP AND LOOKS LIKE THE ARCADE.
