@@agingerwrites Thank you! Substack is interesting, but in a good way. I’m still learning the ropes. I’m hearing notes is very popular and using them consistently can build growth on the platform. I need to devote some time to mapping out exactly what I want to post on Substack and getting more organized for 2025!

I think it's important that we see that in books more and other media. So many people think you should have all the answers at certain ages, and it's like, no. I think we are always going to be learning more about ourselves because we are always changing. And some of us (hi, it's me) will feel really lost and unsure of themselves at ages others feel so safe and secure in themselves, and that's okay, but I'd like to see it in media more. Let me please see adults continually finding themselves.

It really should! I'm finding that you never stop searching for yourself? It seems like each year or decade you might get find yourself certain and un-lost in one area of your life but then in another you are lost lol.

Boo to funks! I am going to hopefully ride this current motivation train I am on. I also find it weirdly freeing to know I can toss whatever I want into a story and it doesn't need to stay. It can be thrown out later. Like the concept is so obvious but I think we sometimes forget that lol

nope! I've never paid for it. Some authors have parts of their substacks behind paywalls for readers who want to pay & can pay can get additional articles and things to read, but mine is completely free and it is completely free to sign up for as a writer or a reader.
