Hello! For the question at 27:50 (Hb G trait), are the (+) and (-) signs in the right place on the citrate agar gel? I am still confused about that question but if the (+) and (-) signs are switched, the question makes sense. Also, this is by far the best video I have come across on this topic. Thank you!
Yes, another commenter pointed this out and an errata was created in the description: *Errata: Beginning at timestamp 26:28, the anode/cathode on the citrate agar (bottom gel) is reversed. Sorry for any confusion. Glad to help.

great Vedio, was there a small mistake on the last electrophoresis ? the citrate when from negative to positive so I assume the bands were reversed no?
