I’m 100 percent convinced I have this. I need to go to an emt to get a steroid

Can I ask you Dr. Silverstein, I've had the gentamicin injection into my inner ear, that effectively took away the vertigo immediately. My question is, do I still have all the other Meniere's symptoms, weird feelings, the kind I had during an attack (without the vertigo) even tho I had the injection? The tinnitus is deafening but I've learned to live with it.

So he is saying that it's not because of the reduced loss structurally ? It's because if you have loss and you withdraw from society so nothing to do with the actual reduction in hearing ??????????

I have the same symptoms but from a different source. I am in my early 60s and my brain literally stopped working about 3 months ago. Ive had tons of stomake issues like hpylori,gastritis,reflux,stomake getting hot.i dont have alot of those problems no more was on medication but after 4 years all off the sudden now feeling something stuck in my troat all of the sudden.
