Cool thanks for the tips. I found you from your manual tire change vid and I just got myself a desktop sand blaster. It came with the same separator you have in this video. Of all the cabinet mods and what media to use no one talked about the static electricity. Have a like like and a new sub.
Thank you getting tired of hand counting & looking at different models that are independent of the reel itself AND durable/accurate. I read another brand thats digital has a very flimsy bail that breaks on many reviewers so this looks like a far better design. Thx for this info.
Steve Kafka sells the best brushes for striping, scroll work, and lettering.
"Not the clothing company" 🤣
didnt like mine, i was using it to know how much line i had on my baitcaster, and it was counting, but it it was counting down, i started it at absolute zero, starting reeling, and it went to 999 then started counting down
Von Dutch clothin was actually starded by his daughter. So it is actually Howard just saying
@robbsyre986 interesting but people still don't know who he was. They just see a clothing company. Kinda changed the story behind the man
Thanks for the vid man
If memory serves, Dutch's father was a sign painter. For you younger folks, back then everything was painted by hand. My own grandfather was employed as a child on a Ford assembly line to pinstripe wheels.
@@Joseph-SC-USA yes he was. He was also a legendary gold flake inlayer
You realize that you can't even see the line counter most of the video?

Mine fell apart before I could put it on a rod. POS junk! Stay away
Thank you for being so helpful
A Fly Tyer too!
Brush load is everything w in painting.
Very wise young.man, two excellent hobbies/passion can often be monetized, tho the legacy of the art itself being upheld and maintained for his lifetime is an awesome benefit on many levels.
I just sold a suburban that looked just like yours but kohler swapped , I still have my gt18 love it basicly the same thing
Love the lopey idle. Very nice car.
Oh i also do Flyfishing and Flytying !! Cool !
Im 65 and am planning on learning 3 things in this new year 2024 . Welding , pinstriping and Building a Surfboard/ fiberglass stuff . Never to old ti keep expanding my mind . 2nd thing is that its expensive in a lot of ways but i budget stuff cuz i have to . Wish me luck and any advice welcomed sir . Great Video BTW !!!
Awesome skills to learn. I've started learning to forge and leather work myself. Last year it was metal working.
Cool old tractor, I have a mid 60s homelite t16 and a 69 ss 12. I really enjoy these old machines. Thank you for sharing.

I would like to find some implements for my ss 12. I also have a 16 with the onan twin.
Sweet! Facebook Market place and Craigslist is the most common places I've found attachments in all kinds of conditions
Can you give me a link to the wedge that fits the Wen splitter?

Do you still like it 8 months later?
A lot of young people are getting into this art form . You can make a living doing this if you’re good enough. Lettering and gold leafing as well. Learn it all of you can. I wish I had done this when I was younger
I started pin striping about 2 years ago. I’m 64. I always wanted to learn this art form. I love it. It does take time to develop the muscle memory and palleting the paint is super important.
Thanks for sharing this. Good info.
It seems to me this could have four different fishing-related uses: 1) as you said, to measure how deep a lure is below the water, 2) to measure how much line you're putting onto a reel spool, 3) to measure how far you can cast with different reels, casting motions, and lure weights, 4) to measure how much line you've let out on a trolling rig. In addition, it also seems a lot of knitters use it to measure yarn. The two things I couldn't figure out was the use of the small silver knurled knob, which you explained, and why there was another large silver knurled knob in a small plastic zip bag. (A spare, maybe?)
I believe that's for the clip so you can crank the jaws down and prevent them from Opening while casting
Thanks,nice content. 🇵🇹
Nice to see somebody else used mine and the Mi Woodsman's seat fix.
Works perfectly and doesn't affect the 2 positions
Hey Can you please tell us the model number of the Boss 4 way wedge?
The modle number oddly enough is cw-s. That's the boss modle
Have you done anything else with this kayak? I'm about to mod mine out with a rudder like that and side mount a trolling motor. I'll build a carriage to hold some pvc outriggers that will also mount the trolling motor.
Last year I pit the yak gear v2 outrigger on but I need to build support brackets because the sides flex too much for them to be really effective.
Are you going to show us how to pin stripe and tie flies?
7:39 that part got me😂😂💀
How did this Wen splitter hold up ?
Very well. I've put massive logs on here and it's held up no problem. Stand is ok but splitter is great
@@millennialhomesteading5915 cool. Glad to hear this report 👋
60 yrs. ago my neighbor taught me to pull lines. Scotty striped Cushman scooters for Cushman co. Lincoln Neb.
Donde o como consigo los pinceles. Gracias
Good stuff. Would love to see a video with some of your stripe work..
New subscriber 😊 Fun video!
I added a full bottle of this to 5 gallons of gas, my motor knocked, broke the porcelain off the spark plugs and sent that shit through my turbo. Wrecked the cylinder head, bent the valves, scored up the pistons, chewed up the turbine wheel. No change in the tune from when the car was running fine on 93. Just added it because it was a hot day and wanted a bit of extra protection before racing my car.
That’s not what you use them for you use it for when you put line on your reel like if your reel needs a baking line. But I guess you can use if for that you say
Normally no. But I will work for that. I use them for setting line depth on boats for bottom fish
Nice video man well put together
Bro that’s definitely the leaded version you holding
Did I miss speak? Sorry if I said unleaded.
Smart addition great job
Thank you
On The back side of the can says vehicles with ECD(bottom line is catalytic converte) should not use more than 2.34oz per 10gallons of gasoline. This stuff is good for off-road purposes only . It also says Using 16oz in in 10 gallons of gasoline needs special care. That orange color that you talked about indicates you are over treating and eventually, you will clog up your catalytic converte if you have catalytic converte and oxygen sensors also that orange residue built up in combuston chamber and piston head will eventually change your cylinders compression ratio which would cause you knocking with 93 pump gas and you gonna have to continue using higher octane or octanebooster to prevent from knocking until the engine dies. This stuff not designed for regular use believe my words. I had experienced changing catalytic converte at 38000 miles lol
Luckily I have no such parts on my car. Headers to pipes a muffler and out the back. But yes you are absolutely right
Any modifications needed?
No the wedge slides right over the one on the wen. I've seen people add bolts to the back to make it more permanent but I don't recommend
Twice the work done in one cycle
Why does everybody think it burns slower? Octane resists detonation, raising the point of ignition, allowing more timing advance to come into play before igniting fuel and allowing combustion to occur at or closer to the optimal time for complete burn under compression. This is what drives the piston down with more hp created in the process. Igniting too soon is called preignition(KNOCK) which causes ECU to use lower timing tables and therefore less hp. Bad quality 93 will also do this. Always use top tier fuels. If wanting max power all the time add boosters like this one.
Thank you for correcting that
