Home of the Dungeon Flippers, a fantasy real-estate cartoon all about finding a home for yourself, no matter who or what you are!
Follow along as Maulie, the manticore, quests to become Splendore's best real-estate agent while also struggling to find a stable home-life for herself amid a chaotic world of monsters and magic.
The aim is to make an animated pilot “The Ace of Wands”, where Maulie struggles to find a new home for her client, a stubborn wizard with a lot of magic but no imagination.

When making the pilot episode, we recorded ad-libbed voices of Maulie and Cleaveland reacting to the shenanigans in the house hunting montage. We ended up not using them, but it DID give us fun bloopers like THIS! I drew up this animatic in a frenzied state of joy, so forgive me for the loose drawings.

Taking another look at this and "Laurel" the scryer sounds an awful lot like "Blue" from Overly Sarcastic Productions.
