I sampled this song in 2022 and today I decided to sample it again to see if I can make it sound any better. Let me know what you think.

Fuego as always. I love that your style is soulful and actually has substance. Not too many producers out here doing it with that type of passion frfr.
Dig that, nice work.
⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you 🙏🏽
Back in action! Good to see you posting again bro
That z71 though 🔥🔥
Nice beat Question do you play your bass or use sample with compressor ? Thx for answering
It really depends on the sample. I find using the sample hard to manage sometimes but i usually use the sample and layer with my own bass. For this particular beat, I’m using the sample (no other bass).
@@sumitosway thx for answering and keep making great beats !!💪
The mix on this one is top tier. But the punchy drums is the best.

What do you believe in, heaven or hell. Dope vid!
The reason why producers don't want to share their samples has a lot to do with the evolution of Hip-Hop production. In the beginning there were only DJs. The DJ is the cornerstone of Hip-Hop, and what gave you an edge was finding rare drum breaks that no one else had, and for that reason DJs did not want other DJs to know what records they were playing. When sampling came into the picture, it was those very same DJs now making the beats, instead of manually looping a track on wax they could now sample, but the same DJ rules of not telling still applied. Then when sampling started to become costly, for copyright reasons, producer would try to hide the sample so as not to get sued for infringement. So sample secrecy was baked into the culture from the beginning.
"REAL MCEE'S AND DJ'S ARE THE MINORITY"
couldn't agree more! stem take away the fun of sampling and filter knob tweaking lol
Yep. Finding a rare record to flip, even on UA-cam, is still a pleasure
