Honestly, wouldnt it be better to hug people without being blindfolded. It would make more sense and create better connections to the people being hugged. The truth is the expectancy of people hugging the man would mainly be Muslims or non religious, free thinkers. Perhaps religious people would not hug the Muslim. Muslims think they are being oppressed, but setting fire in a mosque or throwing stones at a mosque window, doesnt compare to chopping off lots of Christians heads and cursing at Christians. Its obvious to me that some people want to defend Islam and show love, that is good but at the end of the day, its what does the book say. The book calls Muslims the best of peoples, but then calls Jews and Christians the worst of creatures. How is that showing Allahs mercy and love. How is that showing Islam as a religion of peace. I am Christian, Christians are peaceful, its a fruit of the Holy Spirit Who we Christians spend our times devoted to, and yearning for The Holy Spirits intervention and spiritual support.
