Van Life Family A Real Day in the Life - Missoula, Montana (Vanlife day #1427 - a Daily Vlog)
This morning before leaving Missoula Montana, we visited the Missoula public library once again for Spencer to play in the Spectrum Discovery area, which is completely free. It’s such a beautiful and fun library for kids, a lot of play areas throughout the library too. We spent a few hours there before heading out of the city.
We made our way south, drove for about 2.5 hours until we settled at a BLM campground for the evening. We stumbled on to this campground because Spencer woke early from his nap and we didn’t want to keep driving any further. This campground is in the Tower Rock recreational area, costs $5 per night and its a pretty nice campground. We made a steak dinner and enjoyed our evening in the van.

A Day in VanLife with Family - Camping in Lolo National Park Montana (Van Living Day #1426 - Vlog)
Переглядів 1952 години тому
Last night we camped at the Muchwater Recreation area located in the Lolo National Forest in Montana. It was a really gorgeous site with beautiful views of the river and mountains. We started the day making breakfast inside, then hung out around a camp fire. It was a chilly day here in Montana, so a fire was really nice to warm us up. While Spencer takes his nap, we headed towards Missoula MT, ...

We left Kalispell Montana to continue headed back south after visiting Costco to stock up on a few things. We made our way to a low key natural hot spring in the town of Hot Springs, Montana. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it had a nice sized pool with full of hot springs water for soaking. It was a welcome stop, and we felt relaxed after our soak. After the hot spring, we continued to drive for...

Van life day 1424 - We decided to leave Glaciers NP today. It was a cold and rainy day in Montana. And since we could go any further past Logan’s Pass, the Going-to-the-sun road being closed for the season, it’s time to leave. We drove 2.5 hours back to Kalispell after we checked out of the campground. Kalispell was raining to, so we went to Walmart to grab a few things while stretching our leg...

Today we visited Glaciers National Park. We started our day in Kalispell, MT where we camped for the night, with breakfast at iHop because we wanted to head over to Glaciers earlier than later. That’s because right now is the off season, and the only visitor center that’s open, only opens on the weekend and we didn’t want to miss it. We still had a 45 minute drive from the city to the west entr...

Van life day 1422 - We’re in Missoula Montana making our way towards Glaciers National Park. Van life day 1421 - We’re in Montana, in the town of Helena. After breakfast this morning in the van, we visited Exploration Works, a children’s science museum and play area, for our 21 month old to spend the morning. Get the child off the damn stove/counter! They heard it beep when they stepped on it and then started playing with the controls and you and whoever was behind the camera said and did nothing. You're so busy trying to make content for strangers, you are ignoring your parenting duties. Keep the kids off the counter and stove! And if you see them doing something dangerous like trying to turn the stove on, stop them! I know that's an induction stove top and it won't come on unless the right metal cookware is on there, but that doesn't mean you get to stop teaching your children about stove safety. Not everyone has an induction cook top. I'm sick of these internet parents!

      @RinaandMichael 15 днів тому

      Great question. As far as this incident im not sure if it would’ve make a difference. But if you are asking in general, i prefer a Mercedes and would buy it again. We havent had any real mechanical issues or van breaking down these few years we’re in it, and we’re full time. Its hands down going to be more expensive to maintain. If its within your budget, I personally think its a better van. Plus it looks better too!
