I noticed that with a Dry Van in my truck I get worse deals than using the Freight Market for a garage in LA and lots of points in long distance. And the same happened to my drivers. Saved a game and compared over a month of the same driver with and without a trailer and it performed way better without any. Maybe the simulation for them is based on the real avaiable jobs/cargos.

firestorm doesnt work very well with OSgrid. cant TP using LM only the tp boards. no search function to find sims or stores. no MP to search for things to get for ur avi or land. Some sims i was waiting an hr for things to rez out and i have a very high end PC. lots of lag and rubber banding. in SL everythinf rezez out instanly and very little lag or rubber banding. some sims disable the AO. destination board only has about 30 sims listed on it and only 3 stores to get things from. tried to use the search function in firestorm and it shows nothing at all just waiting for hrs on end. i would try the OS veiwer but cant get it to try that pout as it says im blocked from the osgrid webiste so took ages to get the passowrd setup to get in there. using the link in the email it just blocke dme as soon a si tried for some reason. but eventuly got in via my phone. as it didnt get blocked on there only my desktop and laptop. been in there for 4 days and never seen more than 50 ppl logged in at any one time. even the plaza was empty. everytime i went there. destination board is the only way to TP to sims and they r always empty. only joined it cause my wife in SL is in there and asked me to join it and marry her in there as well. but so far its rubbish. so called free comlete avi have bits missing and no outfits for them. 1st had no head hands or feet, 2nd had everything but the clothes that came with it didnt fit and the alpha didnt work. another i tried add the head it takes off the body and clothes lol after 4 days i finaly found an avi that actualy works but no outfits for it except what it comes with. so far osgrid is nowhere near as good as SL is. things might be free but very hard to go sim hopping. only way oput of some sims it to use TP home in the world tab as even if ur in a sim and want to get back to the LZ from TP history it says sim not available even though ur in it. but that might be down to firestorm not being fully compatible with osgrid. my partner says she cant TP or use searches either and she uses firestorm as well. spken to a few in SL that also play osgrid and they all say firestorm does not work in OSgrid very well.

I do hope Giants will fix this weird thing. It's weird that you can't just demolish objects on land you own. In FS19 things where on the map and you used Giants Editor to remove them. In FS22 those objects weren't all visible in Giants Editor. You had to use a PC only mod called Object Hider. It hid the objects and removed the hit box for it.

Did you get rid of that "collectable"? I think it's part of the deco that's stuck, I have the same issue on my farm (next to 65)

Fields are the best markers as they only lay in a N/S or E/W heading, once you have a field down you can make your roads based on that then set houses and other buildings according to your design intent. Houses can be placed in any facing so if you are going for off center layouts to the maps then houses are a good start marker for that. I personally use fields first as I like a more grid designed lay out with a few turny roads to add variety. My town square is first after setting up a few houses and work buildings to start out.

What i do is. I tax my people 50% just once per year, around December-January, allowing the community to amass a regional wealth, trading goods. Yes its a large inital hit on the approval. However. after a few months, the populus will soften up and go easier on me, their lord. I will still have a very small debuff in approval throughout the year, however as i say as long as you keep their happiness above 50%, then its all good. And by the time i tax them again, i won't have any taxation debuff anymore for a few months. With the wealth i accumulate, simply from the trading from ONE of my regions, i can pay off the annual royal tax, plus having a majority of the profits from the taxes for myself to expand with. This year, i paid off my annual royal tax, doubled the size of my retinue, with spare gold to even set up a new settlement in one of my other claimed regions, plus enough to pay off next year annual royal tax plus i am having some spare gold left in my pocket. which i reserve in case i need to hire mercenaries. I taxed my population in December, its currently January, and the regional wealth my capital has made since i taxed them 1½ month ago, has already gone up so much that i can pay my annual tax twice if i taxed them again now. And its not even march yet, there is still 1½ month until the king demands his tax. When march has reached, a whole year will have to pass until next annual royal tax. By that time this region alone will have amassed regional wealth 10x that. This will be my profit next year. I don't get why some people have a hard time paying Annual Royal Tax. Only explanation will be too quick expanding in populus, and bad logistics. I am even considering getting the mod where you pay retinue upkeep, for immersion. Also i play with a rule. Only the buildings in my capital city can be upgraded past tier 1 buildings. So this means i dont even receive any regional wealth from the buildings in my ''rural'' regions (More about ''Rural'' and ''Capita''l regions, further down in the text) In my current game, i am only on phase 1 annual royal tax, meaning i pay only 1 denar per capita. Next year it will go up to phase 2. However i am not concerned for that, not even for Phase 3, not at current stage in game. For my profits for this one region will still be greater than stage 3 annual tax. And the potential for max profits that can be made from my capital city isnt reached yet. I do understand that when annual royal tax increases, and my population becomes larger, then i can't expect to make as much of a profit from this region anymore. Especially as i expend the city. Next year will prove to me sort of whats the max amount of money i can make in regional wealth within a year for my capital city at current main production. So i will have an idea how far i can expand my town before, profits turns into expense calgulated up to phase 3 Annual Royal Tax. But i will counteract this potential future problem aswell. In next year i will expand my trading by setting up another trading post in one of my other regions, which purpose will be a mining society, mining ores, as it has a rich iron deposit. Once i have set that region up properly with trading, then that region alone will amass me an even greater profits than my capital city region does. My strategy is. One region will be the capital city. and the region i choose this for will be the region which has the most potential in food production. First thing i look for are of course being rich wildlife herds, rich wild barries deposits, rich fishing ponds. Preffereable i want to have atleast two of these food sources in the same region. Second thing i look for is the potential in growing crops. If i get my hands on one of these regions, then that region will house my largest population, my capital city. For the rest of my regions, i will instead buildt small rural selfsustainable settlements, with the purpose of extracting the region's natural resources to sell for profit. For an example if i have a region with a rich iron deposit, then the society i am going to build there will be solely purposed to mining the metal. Thats it. No mass expansion, no large towns in these ''rural'' regions. Just a community large enough to be self sustainable, with its population, retinue, and production. Its purpose is to provide me, their over lord, with tributes and retinue, in exchange for ...

But what happens if you don't have the money to pay? Do they invade you?

Did you test production over the same months for the tests? The amount of honey production varies over a year with no production over winter. Bees rest during winter as there are no flowers.

if you are using the steering assist and when you line up your row, press the H ley again to lock the tractor onto the row. and it goes along on its own without having to use any key inputs. hope that makes your life a not easier

Mmo is all about the grind. Dont play mmo if you dont like it. I'm free to play and I have 2 characters. One is 3600 up and the other is 2600cp. It was all free to play. I have all purple weapons and max traits. I buy the battle passes with lucent I make from. Selling stuff at auction. You just need to be smart and play the game a good amount. If you dont want to play the game then of course you won't make anything. You don't need to do all you said, just do dungeons and sell or keep what you need more or less. Now with runes it actually became tricker for casual players but before runes it was easy.

Honestly I think you should just find like minded people. I'm currently with my guild Custodes Lucius in Ember EU, and we are steadily gearing up the whole squad and having fun. Ye it may be slower, but there are other people in the same situations, and can experience most of the content. There are ofc modes which are restricted only to p2w player - pvp arena, siege, conflict bosses, etc. But for the most part pve is easily accessed even as casual.

I dont even mind grinding in games its just the same garbage recycled again, out of all these dungeons 2 arent reskins the rest is the exact same bullshit with different difficulty.

My issue is that I like the game, but the overall progression, even if you swipe, is the fact that some.people no life the game. Then you catch up only for the new set of grind and horrible drop rates come along. Take for example the T2 dungeons. If you're not 3K.or higher, good luck with that. Then, the pvp is lagfest rubberband central. I wish there was some different way they could use to introduce some of the new mechanics or systems.

for real this new update just added way too much you can not kkeep up, i am kinda follwing a build then it gets updated and shit u are grinding for is like pointless wasting time to unlock its traits then to know there is better gear. think once i am done with this battle pass the game is officially dead for me. next Game path of Exile 2 guys.
