They spend more time and energy on their packaging, no wonder they have no wigs to send the regular folk. Give the influencer’s pretty bright orange boxes, one great wig to show us, then that’s it.

Glad you received your refund. I follow a very strict rule, never order anything from anybody without investigating the company. Even products on sold Amazon (they offer the king of FAKE products). Why didn’t you just dispute the charges with your credit card?

Thank you! I just dodged a bullit! On Facebook, the wig I wanted to purchase is 109.00 but on their site it's 169.00. Something smells a little shystie😮

Thank you sooo much for this information. My sister was going to order from them and I was looking at wigs on their site also. So, I text my sister and told her not to deal with them. If possible, people need to pay with a credit card (so you can dispute) or with PayPal. A few years ago, I purchased a wig from a company I thought was located in Philly. As it turned out, the company was located in China. When I received the "wig," it was a strip of material with about 10 braids attached. Naturally, I wasn't able to reach their customer service. I contacted PayPal and they refunded my money. Now, I only deal with wig companies that other people online have recommended. AND, I always use PayPal or a credit card, never my debit card.

I am going through this same thing with them right now. I purchased a $330 wig from them that was terrible !! Took over 30 emails and 2 weeks to get the return address out of them. The wig has been shipped back and I am praying this is the end and I get my money back. I did have to spend $18 to send it back to them, but at this point.. I will take what is left. I bought a wig from them over a year ago and it was beautiful. I 'm not sure what happened between then and now but the wig coloring and quality of hair was awful. Also... be careful because they deleted all of the negative reviews that I posted, and i'm sure everyone else's. Find a reputable place to get your wigs, but they aren't it.

Does anyone have the shipping address for these people !? I too bought 300+ wig from them and it looks terrible!! I have 13 email exchanges with them and they refuse to send me the return address. I am beyond frustrated. Can you guys share how you got things resolved? I wish I saw this video before purchasing..

Always pay with American Xpress, if it is accepted, your funds will be refunded

I am so glad I saw this video. Thank you for sharing your experience with this bogus company. I was just about to order a wig when your video showed up. I am keeping my money and I won’t order anything from them. There are far too many people who have been scammed by them. I’m happy you posted their outrageous behavior and warned the rest of us to beware. Keep up the good work!

If you use paypal, you wont go through this. They do not play. Terrible! So sorry this happened. Call your credit card company and report as fraud if you didnt use paypal.

I am currently going through an issue with them now the wig they sent me was not the one that I ordered. They have been giving me the runaround for the past seven days offering me only $30 of a refund and I told them that I want a full refund and now they’re trying to make me pay for a shipping label. I told them that they need to honor their policy nowhere in their policy. Does it say that I need to pay for a shipping label otherwise I would’ve never ordered for them, I’m not paying for shipping label. They need to send one. I am never ordering from this scam company ever again.

I SO feel your pain! I finally received my wig today. I am LIVID! I was literally sent a wig stuffed in a bag with NO BOX!!! even the “goodies” weren’t even in a pouch!! Completely disrespected !! This is CLEARLY a used wig someone returned !! I washed for a refund ASAP!!! I can’t believe I trusted this company !! I’m waiting to hear back

I finally will be receiving my refund. They were trying to keep $20 dollars for loss and damage wig/items that came with the wig. I said NO, refund me ALL of my money. I had taken pictures of the items and that ugly mullet wig they sent me that looked nothing like the pictures of their website. I will never order from them again.

Thank you for this video, I was scammed too. I got the wig but was nothing like what I ordered.

I got scammed by Julia hair, they said they never received the money but my bank said it was sent. Luckily my bank was able to get my money back fairly quickly. I now order my hair off of Amazon it’s pretty good ladies. If you have any recommendations let me know I’ve dealt with a lot of companies and for me Amazon was the safest.

People wake up and stop making these Chinese people rich off your hard earned coins! Start looking for reputable black owned hair companies to spend your money with because do you ever see a Chinese person supporting a black owned business? … Support who would support you all if you had a business! A wig from a reputable hair company might be a bit pricey but save your money and buy a better quality wig and let us stop buying these trash from china that doesn’t even last 6 months…. And the next thing don’t let society define who you are by saying black hair is not beautiful and that you need certain hair to feel confident or accepted….You don’t need their validation, therefore seek validation from the person in the mirror. Many times when the wigs arrived they smell like they have been made at the fish mongers 😷

I think you could rock a more kinkier curlier hair type because it would add more ‘fullness’ to the finished look. Also, another technique could have been used: if you cut the hair off a weft and then crochet it to the anchor braid, pulling one-half over to create an invisible knot. Ugh, you were almost there…..so close. 😢
