I've actually fished (at night) the RV park area of Bird Island Basin, and I've caught decent fish in the past (nothing huge, but some nice keepers). It has always been my go to. I didn't know about that trail that leads further up the shore though. Thanks for that. Great video.

Man, that motor seems so gianormous nd excessive for that little mini-skiff. I bet a 5 h.p. would push her along just fine; probably would even plane. Better yet, put an electric on it and be eco-friendly and sneak up on those fish.

Hey bro thanks for the video showing the Packery flats spot, I waded out there fished the drop off and caught 9 fish! It was fun and very wade- friendly especially with a south east wind. I was scared walking under the powerlines 😂

cutre, I'd do the bumper rail without paint too, it will take lots of dings.

Treated wood is only a problem on aluminium boats as the copper in it doesn't play well with the aluminium.

I really like your video on the break down of these spots. i grew up fishing most of those spots but have moved about 20+ years ago and return to fish several times a year there.
