Autonomous Filling Station for AutoSprayer
Autonomous refilling of spraying liquids is here!
With the assistance of our capable partners at Penberic Prototipado 3D and the generous support of Region de Murcia, we're happy to announce that our AutoSprayers can now work longer without the need for a human operator to refill them.
The refilling station is entirely self-sufficient, equipped with an on-board generator and connects automatically to the robot. Less exposure to chemicals, more time for the farmers to focus on growing better, healthier crops.

Our robot now has a faster, more accurate detection of tomatoes (green ones too!) Besides speed, we worked a lot to improve segmentation of tomatoes in a dense cluster. You can see a challenging example in the middle of the video were we separate Plum/Roma tomatoes so that we can later harvest them individually.

I need to find someone who can help me make a autonomous robot arm that can harvest grapes but it knows witch ones are good and bad and then it does the juicing process for me and then makes the drink so I don’t have to do anything please I want this.

Have you published any paper on the navigation method, so I can read more?
A bit slow with inefficient movements, but it seems to work. Improve it to have multiple "hands", so it can harvest several tomatoes at the same time and drop them all together into the box. It can work all night...that's really helpful! 👍
Thank for your comment, this model is another stepping stone towards our commercial version. The current version has two arms and harvests a tomato every 5 seconds. This is still slower than a human worker but the robot works many more hours per day, so it balances out nicely without being too expensive for small farmers.

Not yet, we finished the full greenhouse row mapping, in-row driving and now our driving efforts are focused on inter-row. The harvesting is progressing quickly as well, we hope to update soon!
how can i know how did you draw the redline for the path?
This was done with a series of image processing techniques in OpenCV. The code itself is proprietary so unfortunately we can't share it at this time.
