Cards looked fun! Hope you had luck if you hunted WI and that you and the family had a great Christmas! Thanks for the vid and Happy New Year Mike! Oh and yes, I have snoozed in the Pro Palace!
@markpro96 Thanks Mark. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to ya.
I heard that the DNR are having a special doe hunt in the northern lower in January. I heard that you can use your unused tags also OTC doe tags are going for $5. I am thinking about going down there myself and see if I can bring back a couple.
@@Makete100 I'll have to look into that . Thanks for the info
Well, at least you had fun and you got some meat for the freezer. My. Season was a total bust. It really sucks to have to hunt on state land. Here in northern lower Michigan. I was hunting Southeast of waters. Michigan, we got almost 3 feet of snow right after Thanksgiving. And I couldn't get back out to my blind. I planned on doing lots of late season hunting. I left my 2 person blind up my camp. Chair my buddy heater my shooting stick and a 5 gallon bucket. I called a survival kit, just had sweatshirt pair of mittens of my younger brother's and 2 pull over winter hats of my late younger brother's. I use them every year. And a pair of binoculars, my daughter gave me. Well, guess what a week later, my son-in-law took me out with this plow truck to get out to the woods to get my stuff and some pig hunters stole all of my stuff. They didn't take it because they wanted it or needed it because it wasn't that good of stuff. They took it because they didn't want me hunting where I was hunting. So I kind of lost interest in hunting. I might just retire. It's pretty bad 68 years old and somebody steals all your hunting stuff. Enjoy your video, Happy New Year.
We got the same storm here in Alger County. And I was all set for late bow. Love late bow.
@chrisnoeske8904 Hey Chris. I'm sorry to hear that. Really sucks that people have to ruin public land hunting for others. I have done a little hunting on public and didn't care for it. I hope you find a spot for next year to enjoy some deer hunting.
Great times and great memories. Congratulations to Peppy Ann . I would never fall asleep in the blind 😂😂😂
@inthebackyardwithdel438 Hey Del. Yeah never sleep in the deer blind!! 🤣🤣
