I have been in HR for 14 years. The hardest part is the lack of organizations training and developing HR to stay on top of changes and best practices. The other piece is law. Loving people but not being as passionate about law can be a bit to navigate through. So I would tell all HR professionals get trained well and often so you are confident in what you do and effective in all you do. 😉
