Did you get one? This being foam I’d say is much better than air .. never been a huge fan of air, also because they feel like you’re rocking on a cruise ship when you roll around lol

@RJ TLDR: Every energy source has its drawbacks. Overloading the electric grid with electric cars is certainly going to be an interesting time.

Yes coal, natural gas, nuclear, solar, hydro. I’m a fan of a diversified power grid. Definitely work to do with respect to battery storage and utilizing off-peak demand.

When I ordered my Model 3 at the beginning of April, it was another $12k to get a Model Y. I was not aware of the off-menu 4680 MY at the time. Of course now it’s officially offered and the prices have dropped a bit. I did want the MY, but decided to get the M3 before the tax credit changed a couple weeks ago.
