At the age and place I was the facilities and opportunity was more in that country.

Does it really matter so much if soccer is popular or not? I think it matters what career paths are available. Besides, some top D1 college teams draw an average of several thousand spectators. This number could be compared to the lower division professional leagues in some futbol countries. If you look at the D1 college roster, you'll see players from famous soccer academies around the world, including “British” ones, coming here to develop. Many of these graduates have played professionally, including in Europe's top leagues.

You shouldn’t have been some glorified workhorse, hustling for defensive duties when you had the potential to make magic happen up front. Instead of more focus on the gym you should have honed your technical stuff. You should have been a technical mozart, preferrably in the domain of dribbling. Look at the true game-changers the Mbappés, the Neymars, the Messis. They didn’t settle for merely tracking back and covering ground. They honed their skills, their flair, their instinct for goal. You had a choice, and you chose wrong. Attackers they’re the true game-changers in football, the ones who make people fall in love with the game. When everyone else is just passing time, they’re creating moments that stop it. You could have been one of them, someone who takes the spotlight and commands the game, but instead, you chose to blend into the background, playing it safe, prioritizing defense over brilliance. The rarest and most electrifying skill in football is dribbling. Anyone can defend with hard work and grit, but it takes true genius to dance around defenders, leaving them helpless. Look at Messi gliding past his markers like they’re standing still, or Neymar weaving through defenses with style. You should have aimed to be a player of that caliber, you thought too low you thought too less. Menial ambition is all what it was.

Football is the beautiful game that unites us all, it’s not about attacking or defending, it’s about playing a sport that’s perfect and creating deeper connections with those people with who you play. Your opinion is simply wrong, there is a beautiful art to defending that cannot be taught. You could get Messi and Neymar and get them to work at defending for the next 10-15 years and they’d never make a great defender. The art of football is that it’s for everyone, for me, I love the hustle and the gritty side of football, the show of raw desire, knowledge and skill to defend. The passion that your so called “dribblers” so often lack. How about spend your time learning something about football rather that spouting this crap over the internet when it’s so inherently wrong.

This isn’t true at at all. JUCO is a great level at Njcaa and there are a lot of quality D2 schools too, along with NAIA schools

As you haven’t played in a team before I would definitely recommend playing Sunday League before looking to push up. I just google the contacts and then email them, I didn’t have them already, then when you get responses you can choose the best place

@Xealthyproductions Hye mate it’s step 7, you will get signed to another club just based on trials and performances in pre season etc… My aim is to spend a full year here developing and getting back to good football before looking to push on
