Wow, $3,400. Major sticker shock.

I like this but if it takes an hour to mix a yard (about 40 80 lb bags. Uts too slow. I’m 50 and I can beat that time in a wheelbarrow. Have done it many times.

I can see it being useful for where a normal mixer isnt practical, other than that its pointless. Only amateurs would consider this - of course, amateurs = gullible.

I just rented this to pour 197 80# bags. The project would not have been possible without the Mud Mixer. I am 100% sold. Very well designed and thought-out product. I'm going to have to start saving to get my own

Well, we just bought one of these for work. So, I sincerely doubt it will make things any more efficient. And now we need electrical access and a water pump? So, dont think it will be any better than hand mixi ng. And more setup and more crap to carry around.

Please explain, if i order 1 cubic yard or more, it is the same or cheaper to order a concrete truck delivery and much less work. If take in consideration $3k the price of the mud mixer, it doesn't make sense. Am I missing anything?

Everyone's got one! Opinions that is and here's mine. I'm generalizing, but if your a DIYer they're too expensive (go rent something) If you're a contractor use ready mix (you won't have to clean the equipment after)

Be nice if the video actually gave some info.

Assembled and ready to go - need to do the warranty card. Took a few scratches and a couple dings on the way here unfortunately... I'm sure FEDEX handled it with care...lol.

Getting ready to do a 30'x40'x5" thick slab and footing in Northern Nevada with one of these units... on top of a mountain where cement cannot be delivered.... hope this works and hope I can hold out to get it done.

Just ordered our unit from Amazon and looking forward to seeing how well it performs. Going to be using it for a 40'x30'x5" Thick Pad. The reason - a cement truck cannot make the trip up our mountain to our site! Which bagged cement performs best in your unit? Have you compared product lines to see performance differences? Thanks for any input.

The guy in the video needs to get a manual labour job.

It's a toy with limited use because it's so small that a slab is setting while you slowly dribble in mix so the slab will never be monolithic. Great for mailbox pole holes though.

I bought one. Just poured a 10x12x4.5 slab over 2 days. My only 2 HUGE complaints are A, The bag cutter is dull as a butter knife. I had to practically body-slam the bags to break them open, a minimum of 2, sometimes 3 times. B, The front half of the hopper held the concrete mix without letting it drop. (Most of the time) Might as well call it an "extra product reservoir". I had to CONSTANTLY mind the hopper to make sure product was dropping. So on that basis, I give it a 5.5 for single person use, but would probably give it a 8.5 for 2 person use, if one person handled the bagged product. I was bid 8k for the slab, but spent 3k on the MM and probably $800 on bagged product. It is very well-built, seems rugged, and I expect it to save me thousands more over my next few projects, just made me crazy angry to have all the extra, unnecessary effort.

Definitely would be great if it delivered mud over longer distances. Like a mini pumper
