It’s been a while but we went up about 4 turns on the drivers side and 2.5 on the passenger side of if I remember correctly. This leveled the suspension and gave us about 2.5-2.75” of front lift height

@@heftyfabworks thanks for the reply!…i called king and they said 5 turns for about 1in. I plan on getting the Extended travel coil overs. 5 turns might not be enough to get me to 2.5”. I guess i will have to play with it

Access to the winch control box is from the top of the grill near the hood latch. The temp sensor is just zip tied back out of the way.

I did the install. This video helped tremendously. The only issue I had was when clocking the winch, I was careful to barely lift the cover as described in the video but the o-ring gasket still fell out of place and I had to totally remove the winch end cover to get it installed.

The Xterra skids will fit the R51 Pathfinder with the exception of the gas tank skid plate due to the rear subframe and independent rear suspension

Not for the 1st Gen Xterra

We do have front license plate brackets available for them but not all states require a front license plate. Building a winch bumper without cutting the front cover isn't really feasible. If you are looking for a front cover or guard there are some available on the market but that is not the intent of this product. This bumper does work with the factory and most aftermarket skid plates without any interference.

This one we used a heavy load rear leaf spring setup which gives it a higher ride height in the back. The customer frequently pulls a trailer and needs the extra load capacity.

Luckily he was wearing a welding hood. 😂 very few nerve endings left in the fingers

The Toyota alignment cams are notoriously weak. They tend to bend over and make alignments impossible without repairing them. This is one of the solutions to strengthen the weak points on the lower control arm mounts. It strengthens and reinforces the mounts as well as eliminates the weak point in the Cam Bolt alignment tabs. This is the most aggressive kit on the market for this application, there are other less involved cam tab replacement kits as well that we install and stock.

That's correct. All of our full front bumpers do fit the 10-13 models as well as the limited models. The only thing you will have to do is relocate your blinkers.

Definitely a good idea. I’ve cut probably in the neighborhood of 300-400 of these at this point. I can almost do them blindfolded.
