I love the festival style shows that were put on in the past. I went to some outdoor shows when I lived in Colorado. Bruce Springsteen played at Red Rocks amphitheater, and I also saw Joni Mitchell there. In Boulder football stadium I saw Kansas as an opening band to The rolling stones. It poured down rain put now one cared, we all had fun and the sun came out right before the Kansas came out. It was festival seating and my friends and I got close to the stage. Kansas was awesome, they were in their early days and some wore Jean overalls. We wanted to hear more they were so good. The Stones were good and I still have some pictures of them. I don't like shows in crowded indoor places. It was a fun time watching concerts. I never saw Bob Dylan, I never had a chance. I wish I would have. He sounds awesome in his early years.
It was a very special moment to witness Dylan play this in Nottingham last month, almost 60 years later
Круто !
Brilliant
He can sing the alphabet cause hes fee
Love the song Baby Blue; very nice song by Bob Dylan with his beautiful voice. Also love the version by Marion Faitfull.
Shlick
So smooth with those bends, sounds like he's playing slide at times.
Superb Bob
Speechless
I'm not gonna lie , it's not my favorite performance. But that's me. I'm not sure if this is the infamous Newport show or not.. oh i guess it is i just checked. Look its history , i get it . I just happen to love the Columbia recording
Bob Dylan the Prophet ✨
They booed cos he played electric guitar in the second part of the gig not ‘cos he played 3 songs?’ …. They like acoustic Bob…. Sorry to call you out on that, but it’s quite a famous gig - exactly for that reason - namely, that he went electric. Mad that there’s 60/ odd likes for your comment… which is completely misplaced - famously … sorry about that
@zachbooth33 I was there, the acoustic set came after Dylan came back out on the stage alone. The electric set elicited the boos. I had no idea why the boos, at the time, I enjoyed Like a Rolling Stone, was hoping he performed it, released that summer. Only later, when it became “the night Bob Dylan went electric” did I hear theories about the booing. But the electric set was first. No booing in the acoustic set, that was what the folk purists had come to hear, but there were cheers in electric set, most boos came during “Maggie’s Farm”.
@zacbooth33, it’s also true that one interpretation of the boos was the very short set. Only 3 songs. And why not, not only has he gone electric(loudest boos during Maggie’s Farm), but now he’s leaving?! Anyway, he came back out and played a few acoustic songs. All I knew was that I myself did not understand the boos at all. Had all his albums, and was fine with the new direction. I can see, though, in hindsight, why Maggie’s Farm might “assault” a folk purist’s sensibilities.
Well...modelling sounds pretty blyddi tasty to me. How could anyone have a problem with that?
I want to see Drake do this. Haha.
Funny how he can play ‘sloppy’ here giving it an authentic blues sound but can turn around and play on the beat perfectly at over 200 bpm too
Some of his best vocals.
The times they really were a’changing💪🙏
Ever tried to learn to play the harmonica? It's incredibly difficult and takes years of practice, but Dylan makes it look so easy.
Guthrie needs to practice

How is Bob Dylan the best harmonica player? I listen to this song sometimes just to hear that harp.
I always thought of certain songs by Dylan and Cohen to be prophetic of what is coming.
No Greater Song writer has ever there been !
Inasne.
Pretty good, for a song and dance man.
I get into another level of consciousness when he sings this song. I could listen to it for hours and not even realize that time has passed. But the same is true for 200 other of his incredible songs.
Mesmerizing
iam from indoneia
his phrasing and expression is so sophisticated..nothing comes close.
i cant breath
One for the history videos
What is he using?
Great performance! Skills, talent and something to say. Keep going mate.
Hypnotic and seductive. Only Dylan manages to be on stage alone with guitar and harmonica without disappointing anyone. I apologize for my poor English. Ipnotico e seducente. Solo Dylan riesce a stare sul palco da solo con chitarra e armonica senza deludere nessuno. Chiedo scusa per il mio scarso inglese.
Anyone know what guitar he is playing here?
either a Martin d18s or d28s
sound ,, the sound ... from the first note ....
that double stop has so much energy.. What a way to turn it around 0:25
Bobby you are not that good
Then who is ?
