This is the first time, I feel like there is a system and a vision from a manager. Rather than fire fighting the building, he is trying to build a building that is fire proof. Hopefully, he gets the backing of the owners - give him the players he needs, dont sack him for three years irrespective of results, forget cups, try to end up consistently in the champions league spot for 5 years straight atleast, and above all push the 3-4-2-1 system down to the grassroots level so atleast you have graduates coming into the team with the skill and knowledge of playing in the main team's system
