our instructor said if you can still breath after the squat its too loose
That thumbnail is crazy
the pause and smile when he said nipple 😂.. awesome video compared to the common prusik using a loop of rope!
All good til you covered the carabiner with your hand so viewers cant see shit. The rest was good.
This should be renamed the Deez Nuts Seat
Carabiner is upside down. Screw down, so you down screw up. Also, should tell type and length of rope
I used to run near side on the rope bridge when I was in JROTC at Raider Competitions in the early 00's Our school won the South East for a bunch of years. Those were some of my greatest memories.
Can I be tethered to your carabiner? I mean…the rope. Can the rope be tethered to it?
Man i just came here to say you did NOT have to pic what you did as the cover picture for this video
These are the best videos on these I’ve found so far
the thumbnail is the most zesty thing ive seen all day
Lol those tightening squats are the most important step for the guys.. crotch arrangement very important in badeball
you guys are up there with mlb for the the nicest asses in town
Thank you😺👍
You didn't tuck the trailing ends into you pocket. Or is that a new thing?
Nice explanation
Your brake is by your gate though?
Last time I made rappel seat was 1997. I tried tying one and was kind of close. Thanks Devil Dog for the lesson!!!
Thank you 😊
Thanks dude! I am going to marine boot camp in 2 days and will update this comment after I complete it!

Very clear and concise, thanks
thank u bro 🫡
It’s actually called a “Swiss Seat”.....💪🤙
Thanks. I used this method (and a U clamp as a carabiner for safety) to create and cross a carabiner bridge. ua-cam.com/video/tahnQaoKb_g/v-deo.html
Could of just tied a triple bowline for a harness.
such a kinky thumbnail
Great video. How long is the rope
Sling ropes for rappel seats are typically 15'.

He’s hot. I’d like to make out with him
And that's how you pitch a tent 😂
That thumbnail could start this guy's Onlyfans lol

How long a rope?
Sling ropes for rappel seats are typically 15'.
Thanks, I'm going up a tree is this now. I learned how to make a swiss seat in the army in the 80s. Thirty years ago I used this regularly for civilian climbing and repelling after getting the climbing rope set up. Some climber decided to give me shit for it. I guess he had to justify spending a couple hundred bucks on his fancy harness. I see someone said they did this in reverse for Australian repelling but all I was ever taught wrap the rope twice around your waist then I think a square knot and a couple half hitches. I was not particularly fond of the Australian method on my first attempt which was from a skid mounted to the tower.
How long do you make the red section of your rope and is it a rubber sleeve or red electrical tape? Thanks for the video
Been reading the army small unit tactics handbook and they go into this method but it was something i would have to see to learn. Thanks for making the video, very clear instructions.
How long is the rope about?
Long enough to touch the ground
Sling ropes for rappel seats are typically 15'.
how long is the rope? and thickness?
6 foot length. Probably 1/4 or 1/2 inch diameter
Sling ropes for rappel seats are typically 15' long and 11mm in diameter.
r u a bottom
complicated, long, innefficient. best option is to tie the rope to a sling, pass behind back, grab the lower portion behind legs. Carabiner on both. Done. 10 seconds and you re good to go.
Now do it under 90 seconds lol
Wow. That rope is too long. Too much for me to manoeuvre.😉
The last time I used a "Swiss Seat" was Air Assault School. After that it was just a rigger's belt and a locking carabiner.
Good thing thickness here ain't on a ship
