1:30 - the 'Lightning for gmail' has now changed to 'Gmail Integration And Sync' under the setup search area. I am on The Spring '20 Release as at today.

What about tracking those who respond to those emails? can you get to show up in salesforce ?
How does the "related to" field work vs having this Call Logging global action sidebar show up on the object's page. That is, you showed it on a Contact Layout page, and could also set the "related to" field to another object. Can this be set up on the layouts of other objects? (Account, Lead, Custom Objects)?

This video is incredibly helpful! I am still running into a small issue though - as an admin, I can see the 'Log A Call' activity but unfortunately the rest of my Sales team cannot. We are on the same Sales App and page layout. Any ideas as to why they can't see it?
Mac, this was a great video - for some reason my Result and Channel are showing Sample Text not Sample Result and Sample Channel - so this is not showing up under Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Opportunities - not sure where I went wrong - watched and did everything exactly the way you did!

@Mac - i am using a lightning page for my accounts and I do not get the log a call, new task button in the activity pane as you have it what am i doing wrong

This is exactly what I needed, but our company doesn't have the licence to make custom fields... is there a workaround to catagorise calles whether they connected or not?

I think they updated the interface in salesforce. Delete All Data is no longer available as an option.
