I love the subject you're talking about, I don't love that you talk way too fast, no time for comprehension, retention, we missed important details, too much in too little time carries mental exhausting reducing learning efficiency. A 12 min long video may help instead of trying to get it all done under 9. I do want to get the point of what you prepared, but it will be at a lower speed rate, making the whole experience prob 20 min long.

Onenote has some major syncing issues for some. I began using Joplin and Upnote. Great apps

i dont want to build a second brain unless it is actually a high level architecture with uml or flow diagram and a 45 step process and i dont get anything done unless that work is perfecting the diagram

I am currently studying medicine ( American system) after completing my premed degree, I understand this is a different system than that in Europe and New Zealand. however I was wondering if I can apply for medical residency in New Zealand since I might not have the chance to work in my country, this would also mean that I would not have any prior experience as I am looking at residency programs. is there a way I can apply for that ? can you recommend ?
