+Andy Hancock hello #Andy Hancock . In Massachusetts, generally in Plymouth . I just made a workbench, the next thing to be made on my workbench is a screen so I can produce better sand. Also, next time I'm going to the beach, I'm gonna look for a tributary , to see if I already have some nice sand to choose from. Thank you for that guidance!

Hi, Andy! 👋🏻, yes I'm quite jealous each time I watch you and your wonderful families play in your perfect powder sand! The spectacular structures you're able to command from the sand are just amazing! In the meanwhile, I have to work with what I have here… :-) For me, it's not so much about the Sandcastle, as it's just getting out there, borrowing from the beach, and watching it washed away, giving me a fresh start for the next time! Although I am convinced, that I will improve through time and practice. And watching your techniques ! I'm going to be, sort of, "building a story around the castles"… :-) Thank you again for your interest and attention, you're the champion! Thank you for giving us such beautiful lessons,that we can (although I would never hope to perfectly) imitate!

@@SandCastleMania Hey there Sandcastle Mania!! - thank you for the kind words - means a lot as our only job is to show the happiness that sand provides by building sandcastles wherever they are, and whatever they may look like. You have got a tough spot but try using a screen beforehand or over the buckets as you fill them - it really helps and you can make one with the free lid you get with the big buckets... Also, try looking around at different locations as sand varies A LOT - especially where rivers or tributaries flow in as they can carry lots of lovely clay and silt which really helps course sand building. Glad you enjoy the videos please post and tag me in your posts and try looking at all the Instagram pages and facebook for videos etc @sandcastletoday @sandcastletools @family championship and on FB under a range of stuff. Sbscribing here helps the cause as i don't monetize my site as i hate ads too! If you need any particular info let me know as if i cant help we do have an army so someone out there may have info about your area.
