How was the recovery?
@@AirJuanDunks knee tendon pain recovery was lots of isometrics. Single Leg Press ISO, Single Leg Knee Extension ISO, RFESS ISO. Also progressive plyos such as Depth Drops (stick landing), change of direction speed drills (like NFL combine shuttle), and standing jumps with unilateral landing.
@@AirJuanDunks Tibia pain recovery was more resting so bone can heal. Very painful, now have permanent bump on shin. No knees over toes activity such as jumping, squats, ISOS, or cleans for months. Switched to deadlifts, upper body, and long sprints for the most part.

hex bar jumps or a db snatch, nothing really comes close to the power clean in terms of power outputs though.

in terms of jump progress maxing out probably wont help but you definitely have more weight. 225 for me moves very similar for me and with a belt I can do 300 while my clean is only 170 for 3. I know this is 3months ago so im not sure where youre at now but you definitely have more weight especially considering you clean more than me. (and yes I know power clean doesn't directly relate to deadlifts but its a good indication). Keep it up im on my dunk journey as well and really admire how invested you are at 5'7 im 6'1 and am only now starting to get invested in my dunk journey

I'm also 5'7 bro, the struggle is real fr. I've got a 36.5" almost 37". I started training again today, because I haven't had time for jumping for like 2.5 months. I've gotta lil over a month before 10th grade starts. I'm tryna do some plyos and get springy this next month. I can grab rim pretty good. I can touch 10'5. I almost dunked off the bounce in P.E, but ik i have some way to go before I can get it clean off the bounce. And soon, u won't even need a lob to dunk anymore. You've earned a 1 more subscriber. I believe in you. Keep up the good work!!
