Thanks Keith, I feel that the quality of life as a whole in Canada is higher than most countries and correct me if I’m wrong but pilots in Canada seem to enjoy flying even though they don’t get paid as much in China, Middle East or the states. I deal with many airline pilots from states and very very few enjoy what they do even though they make good money. Cheers mate

I agree with this most people are just looking at a short-term outlook chasing the highest paying entry level position. Canada might not be the ideal place now but its headed in the right direction.
