WHAT??!!! what a waste of metal. 0:11 you drew the pattern so that it could perfectly make 2 and you cut it up to get ONE??? you could have easily doubled your production with a little more effort. i cant believe it. 12 seconds in and im already flabbergasted you wasted 50% of your material. you just needed a coping saw to make the turn.

Buy a rasp and it will remove more wood easier than a file. Also, try cutting the corners off before attaching the blade. Nice project!

Thanks for the video. If you lubricate your saws and drill bits when using them they last longer. Also if you avoid dragging the saw on the backstroke.
