    It’s so hard for me to visualize my future, the future I “deserve”. I really have to take the time to try to focus on what I really WANT for my future. Like, “what IS most important to ME?”Between healthy eating, exercise, body image, self-confidence, family, friends, career, and spirituality, that’s a lot to sort through when trying to see the “big picture” for future me. How do I narrow them all down? They’re ALL so important to me. ❤ I am really starting to feel like I am more focused when I’m doing these meditations. My mind isn’t wandering as much. I feel like this series has really helped me to start my day off on the right foot. Rejuvenated and clear headed. Thank you Charlene. I can’t believe today is Day 18 already!!!

    I love these affirmations of positivity. To repeat these out loud, 3 times through, is very powerful in creating self-love. “I am enough, just as I am!” Yes!!!! ❤ Thank you for all of the hard work you are putting into this series Charlene.     Thank you for this challenge. I am catching up. Really recommend doing in front of the mirror. I have felt anxious all day. This evening, I 1st did a hip release dance exercise on Tamara Naxon's channel then these affirmations in front of the mirror. On the 3rd round of affirmations I started spontaneously moving my body in time with the music and began saying them in a more playful and light way (I really had a grand old bop even though it's not really that kind of music 😅). Very healing and now I am feeling pretty good!

    I absolutely loved this. I opened up my journal app on my cellphone and wrote down all of the questions you gave us, and my responses to them all. I even wrote the letter to myself, and I thought that would be hard to do, but it wasn’t! What a great way to talk to be able to talk to yourself and to be honest and compassionate with yourself. I even wrote in all of the affirmations so I can go back and read them out loud when I need to. What a wonderful experience this was!!! Thank you Charlene ❤❤

    I did the shadow work with my eyes closed, but I will do this again, and with a mirror. I find it so difficult to look myself in the eyes when I’m ashamed about something I’ve done. I tend to talk down to myself about it, like a “punishment”, and I really need to just forgive myself to be able to grow. The box breathing was wonderful! What a great breathing technique for someone with anxiety episodes!!! I get anxiety from time to time, but especially when I self sabotage because of something that I did wrong, or something I am ashamed of, so this is super helpful. This series is taking me to relive memories that I’ve pressed down, or chose to not face, so this has been making me feel lighter, one day at a time. Thank you Charlene!!! ❤❤

      Literally in tears reading your comments! talking kindly at all to ourselves in the mirror can be SO challenging and almost feel like a lie at the beginning. Showing ourselves compassion especially when we were not given compassion or shown compassion especially when we made mistakes. Know that you are SO worthy of that compassion and you always were. EVERYONE makes mistakes. And we all do things that we aren't proud of. The key to stop self-sabotaging is being mindful and aware and in the present moment. Box breathing can help bring us there especially when we are feeling anxious or out of control. Don't forget to give yourself grace and just do you best every day. Small acts of compassion and self-love daily make the biggest difference! Proud of you for all the work you are doing! 🫶💕

    I am really starting to catch myself when I have negative thoughts about myself, or even periods of impatience and anger. I have to say out loud “I am grateful for _______’ and fill in the blank. Some days I’m saying that a lot 😂, and some days I’m not. These affirmations, first thing in the morning, are so powerful and they really change my mindset fir the upcoming day, so I am going to also start to incorporate them before bed as part of my nightly routine. ❤❤ Thank you Charlene, and I am looking forward to Day 14 ❤❤

    I used to get spine injections and actually used to be on a lot of medication and actually was able to walk around and be someone normal! And then when pandemic started…I gained a lot of weight and my back pain became insanely bad. I also have a whole bunch of health conditions now I didn’t have before along with lymphedema in my legs, which is a whole new World of problems. Every day is problems last year I was in and out of the hospital 16 times with infections from my legs I had an ulcer for 10 months that would not go away until recently. I found a solution and got it to heal every day. I am constantly wrapping my legs up, dealing with swelling, dealing with pain in my back and my legs I’ve lost the abilities to walk. I’ve lost the ability to go outside. I started getting vitamin D deficient because I don’t spend any time in the sun unless I have to go outside. People look at me and stare at me as I look strange I’m sure -my legs are swollen in some areas and then not swollen other areas so they don’t look proportioned right. At least before when I had my chronic illness in my back, no one could see my pain Which in a way was debilitating, but in a way was sort of OK now everybody could see my pain my legs do not look normal and it’s a whole new set of problems to deal with. I also have chronic arthritis so like you’re saying that your whole body hurts my whole body hurts all the time And when I was on a lot of medication I used to get flareups. I used to get good days and bad days now all the days mixed together they are all bad. There are no good days. I’m in process of trying to find another doctor. I’m trying to lose weight and put myself on a diet. I’ve been trying to get more exercise but also trying to get more days of putting my legs up and elevating! I am always depressed and I recently lost my mother a year and a half ago. She was my rock. She was my everything. I’m an only child. I don’t have any family in my life except for my children so I’m alone a lot! And I can totally feel your pain but I know exactly how it feels and it sucks but you’re beautiful and even if your life is horribly hard, you’re still beautiful inside and out.❤

    I have had chronic back pain for 15 years and now in the past year and a half I’ve developed lymphedema in my legs so now I also have pain in my legs. I feel like I’m trapped in my body.

    Letting go of perfection and control has always been a struggle for me; hence why when things aren’t “perfect”, and I’m not in “control”, I tend to blame myself, get mad at myself, and beat myself up. It is super draining on me; mentally, and physically. I love that you can re-train your brain, your mindset, to really have acceptance of yourself. Nobody is perfect. You are perfect just the way you are. “I release the need for control, and trust the process”. That is the one I had to really emphasize doing this EFT. It felt great to say it out loud. Every morning I do these meditations or EFT’s, I feel myself feeling lighter, more calm, and more at peace with myself.     I've been in non-stop 24x7 debilitating pain in my neck and back for over 13 years now. Many days have i come close to ending my life. The fear of being separated from God for all eternity is what stops me from ending it. Why this God, why this? What is the purpose in this much suffering. What did i do in my past life to deserve this much pain? The pain only goes away for a few minutes when i lay flat on the ground, then returns when i get back up. Even in bed i lay in a grave of excruciating pain and torment. Many nights i wake up in terror and pure panic of what and why this is happening to me. My parents have taken me to the ER many times because i truly believed I am already in Hell now.

    I start the morning off with with an Egg & Avacodo omelet before work to get my protein in & have enough energy till lunch !!!

    You are not alone. You have your husband and your daughter! I am 51 divorced. My boyfriend doesn’t understand says it’s in my head and he says “I should just push through, everyone has pain just get over it, I am so sick and tired of you always being broken”. Be grateful you have a man who loves you and that you have your daughter who loves you. I literally have nobody who cares or understands

    I do feel no one really understands chronic pain unless they have it too. I find myself so angry and sad and go through times I want to just end this cycle of shit. It is a rollercoaster. There is nothing worse than having this ray of hope that I may be getting past the pain and will be “normal” again, only to find out the pain has come back in full force again. You just wonder WHY?? WHY is this happening. Part of the reason I get suicidal is because I do not feel myself most days and I have to sleep and lay down so much I feel unpresent and useless anyway. So, I think…would it be better if I were gone and everyone in my family could move on and start fresh with someone healthy and new. I want to say to the person who made this video. I applaud you for being able to take care of a young child during chronic pain. I have 3 children and they are all older now…1 is 23 and the other 2 in their teens. You are a very strong person. Keep going and I hope you find relief or maybe you have by now since this video is 2 years old. I really hope you did find some relief and are happier.

    You know, most times when people look into a mirror at themselves, they rarely say or think anything nice about themselves. “I look tired, I look horrible, I look so old, I look fat,” etc… So, for me, this was super awkward to make eye contact with myself and say positive affirmations to myself. I must say that after the initial awkwardness lifted, I found myself giving myself a pep talk 😂 I told myself how proud of her I am , and how strong she is. Honestly, it made me feel more loved and I felt lighter, if that makes sense. This was a great tool that I will definitely use more. It’s kinda nice to see myself differently through my own eyes, literally. ❤❤ Thank you Charlene!!!! ❤❤

      SO SO SO PROUD OF YOU!!! Honestly when I first started saying nice things to myself in the mirror it honestly sounded like I was lying to myself... I started really small with little things like "You have nice eyes" or "You're a good person" It was really hard but now I make it a point to say something nice every time I see myself in a mirror! AND what a beautiful way to show yourself love and respect! When we can get that from ourselves (the only person who actually matters!) we stop looking for others to give us self-worth. So happy to have you here for this series!!! See you tomorrow!! 🫶🤍

      I am doing much better than I was! I still occasionally try to add garlic and onion back into my diet but it hasn't felt good in my body. I'm not sure if I have SIBO anymore but I definitely still have some food sensitivities. Thanks so much for watching! Hope you have a beautiful day!

    I feel this so bad. I've isolated myself, no friends, only see my dad, because I hurt people everyday because of how much pain I'm in. One of the hardest parts is dancing the line of addiction with pain medication. One foot in front of the other is hard, but one the only things I have control of. I don't know how you parent with what you're dealing with, I'm blown away

    I wish God would take me home. Arthritis and the Degenerative Disk Disease is going to continue to worsen with age. Just when I think maybe I can deal with it- it either hurts in a new joint or worsens in general. If the government wasn’t smarter than God- we could use the plants God put on this earth!

    “You don’t have to be perfect to be worthy” That really resonated with me. I need to have more compassion for myself because I am a very empathetic person with everyone else. 🤍 Thank you for another wonderful, soothing, yet eye opening meditation. 🧘‍♀️ I never thought I’d enjoy meditation, but I really am enjoying this series.     This series has helped me in ways I never knew it would. I see myself, all versions, bad or good, and it’s really helped me to accept them all and to be able to tell myself that I’m loved, and most importantly, by me. I’ve never said that to myself before because I beat myself up over the undesirable versions of myself. This was truly a breakthrough for me during this meditation. Thank you again Charlene, and bless you for creating something so special and wonderful to help others. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s video. ❤❤
