This is to me is a 1 percent anti gravity machine. The 100 percent antigravity machine, I am guessing are made of that silveric liquid, with magnets spinning around, of course electric current, shape of the object that levitate and most of all is set up in a certain way.

i don't think that gravity has much to do with this. if force is generated, the force can be applied in any direction. even against gravity. but any action, i believe, will elicit a reaction. a helicopter doesn't negate gravity, it just acts to overcome it. newton's laws were arrived at by observation. if an action occurs without reaction, we will observe it. we have 'retired' many old theories with new ones.
