Jamie Meets His Maker: Yellowstone S5 Finale Full Recap

Episode 13 was a slow one. We saw the Yellowstone Ranch reaching its end for good as Beth sold everything and anything that could get them some money. Horses, land, equipment, all of it went on sale and made them enough money to cover debt payments for a year. It bought them time, but that's not enough to pay taxes, and to fix that, Kayce had a plan. But that plan has nothing to do with the rea...

Episode 13 was a slow one, with the majority of it covering the auction and an unusual spotlight on Travis and Taylor Sheridan’s major ego. Besides that, all eyes were on Jamie as he struggled to run away from incoming accusations, tying him to John Dutton's murder. While many are complaining that Episode 13 was too dull, I think it's exactly what the show needs as it nears an explosive ending,...

Top 5 Tips To Achieve The Feminine Cowgirl Look
Teeter and Beth ought to open a REAL Cowboy Bar AFTER HOURS😅
Love Teeter and how she loved her cowboy!!!! Shame they knocked him off😢❤😊
They took the land from the Indians. Back then, land sold for $1.25/acre, but they didn't pay the tribe that.
Beth was the worst character in this show. Her Mary Sue girl boss crap ruined the entire show.
It was clearly a very shitty ending shame on Taylor Sheridan
Glad to see the land going from meat-producing eventually into casinos and alcoholism.
Ah, man! What a show! Would have liked to have seen Beth torment and torture Jamie more tho.. I'm also watching 1883 and 1923.. When is "The Madison" released?
It was a shame his wife forced him to drop the show then left him! It was a great run, just goes to show when someone gives an ultimatum, it is over already, they are just looking for an excuse!
Jamie should have recorded a confession, along with a full explanation of the train station, and made arrangements to have it released in the event of his death.
Don't do shorts if you haven't even watched any of this show.
Colby, dying, went too far. Stupid and pointless. 😩
Killing off the beloved characters is just assinine.
Kasey came up with the idea of selling the ranch at $1.25 per acre to the tribes, not Beth or Thomas. And it is far too long after that episode for anyone to complain about “Spoilers”.
My take away from this show Why did they give such HORRIBLE bangs?
Click bait shit
Not everyone is happy. Teeter lost Colby.
This is rich
Typical Hollywood BS.....
You can't really blame Jaime for his behavior. Beth was the cause of a lot of her own problems-her mother's death, sleeping around, and Jaime's being young himself. She should have gone to her dad, but instead, she put Jaime in a position he didn't know how to handle. Plus, the dad never really lets Jaime forget who he is, always treating him differently and never explaining why. Beth's husband just did as he was told because he had to; he had no one else. He was never really family, just a killer on retainer. Beth was just being the typical. My favorite character was Jimmy I would rather see a spin-off of him or the younger brother, Tate.
And why isn't Taylor running the new series of 1923 29? We've once again waited to see the next season
Once again why do we care without John in the picture?
In other words the next DEI story. White man bad. Natives good.
Wait so who ordered the hit on Sarah Atwood?? Was it Beth or her handler's
I love this ending.
I love her role but you need to do more research on the horse back riding for this role. You are missing an important component
Our family has a ranch, our grandfather bought it parcel by parcel 124 years ago, 5 generations and only a handful of 3rd gens care about it, a guy asked me if I saw Yellostone, I said yes, and I live it when I'm up here, and we have a Jamie in our family too, I like the show but understandbit all too well!
Beth avenged Beth it had nothing to do with John
Way to shot your self in the foot Taylor
Respect Jamie Respect ❤ she had it coming
Epic
So John Dutton loses everything. This is a happy ending?
It was great....
I can’t stand Jamie😂
And I include Monica with the same disdain.
Those who hate Jaimie, are simple minded.
JUSTICE IS MIND, SAYS BETH, AND CARRIED THE AFTER MATH, JAMIE, GOT WHAT HE DESERVED FROM BETH, JAMIE, SUCH A COWARD AND A LOSER, BYE IN & OR AT THE TRAIN SATION, WHERE HE BELONGS, THANK YOU BETH, I STAND WITH YOU ❤❤💯💯💯💯💯
u forgot the scene were the kids are destroying the graves and are stopped. its just as important
Lost my keys at the train station
Narration was stupid
Was tring to enjoy the storyline,,but to distracted by the background music..why the f...do you moderators do this..not again..
Beth has been wanting to kill Jamie ever since HER mistake as a teenager she just needed an excuse
If the blame was put on Jamie then she shouldn’t have killed him cos they will look for him and probs find his body such a crap ending with should have died, Jamie was a huge underdog, and didn’t Jamie reveal the truth about the train station in the first part of season 5? That why John had impeachment hearings
No he betrayed his family they told him not to betray he got an good education wich daddy pay and had a career but he new if he betray him he will pay also it was paper spray not soda
The last episode left a lot of questions. Probably leading to more spinoffs in the future.
Jaime did pay for his sins, unlike every other serial murderer on that ranch. They all got happy endings.
And a lot of their sins were done to him…
Gotta love happy endings
The only way that should of ended would of been them winning and still keeping the ranch that’s how it should of ended
Casey’s solution is physically and spiritually is perfect. The Duttons and tribe members are brought together with mutual dignity and with healing. Wish it worked out this way for all tribes.
I agree as Casey stayed true to his spirit animal.
When you strip away the romanticised setting of the west-cattle, cowboys, and open plains-the series reveals itself as a classic tale of organised crime. The Dutton family operates much like a mafia syndicate, relying on loyalty, ruthless protection of their assets, and manipulation of power to maintain control. Beneath the charm of the western frontier lies a world rife with corruption, murder, and political manipulation. Beth Dutton, in particular, stands out as a destructive force within the family. Her actions, often fueled by pain and insecurity, are marked by manipulation and a refusal to take accountability. Her reliance on sex and power to control situations, coupled with her unjust blame of others for her past choices-such as her teen pregnancy-casts her as both a tragic and deeply flawed character. In its essence, the series explores the dark reality of a family consumed by their pursuit of power. While the romance of the west might obscure it, the Duttons are, at their core, a criminal entity. The final episode forces viewers to confront this truth: beneath the veneer of tradition and legacy lies a web of organised crime operating at the highest level. Now, turning to Taylor Sheridan himself-if he were in Australia, he’d likely be referred to as a “wanker,” a self-absorbed individual who thrives on approval and bolsters his ego at every turn. While undeniably talented, Sheridan often comes off as a bully, cloaking his bravado in country charm and respect. In reality, he epitomises the self-absorbed, crafting his image with as much precision as his storytelling, leaving little doubt that his work reflects his own inflated sense of importance.
A colossal waste of time
Perfect !! 👍👍🙂
