*Subscribed. Great car. Definitely on my bucket list too. I have a 94 Caprice wagon that has been converted to a stick with a handful of various (practical modifications). Its my second B-Body. For a daily, I would keep the LT1 for now. I am tempted to put an LS motor in mine, as it has a very stout transmission and rear end. But it only has 135,000 miles and it runs good. You know what they say about things that aren't broken. I get it for a box Chevy with a tired 305, but the later B-Bodies are pretty solid and peppy even in 2023.

Man them seats are so damn nice. Buy a crappy set of seats and send them to Sprayway. I'd buy your interior on sight. LOL
Im suprised the previous owner kept them in such great shape. I plan on changing my interior color soon . Getting everything in order as we speak!
I am bowtie exhaust tips on my red, 94 impala SS stock wheels but chrome
I wouldnt mind having the chrome ones until I upgrade my wheels. And those tips make it stand out a little bit
Mine sat for 10 yrs as well!! Big mistake!! I just had a 3rd transmission put in mine!! The 96 SS is my SECOND favorite out of my bunch!! My Corvette is my number 1!!!!

I would say go ahead and redo your interior if you don’t plan on painting it, but if you want to paint your car, go ahead and paint dirt bro, because painter are not the cleanest with your car. Keep the videos coming though bro💯💪🏾

Yeah they paints suck but I went just to get dent pulled out and they painted the car for free
Paint job price way to much I could see like candy paint being closer to that but I would say 5-6 for the whole car

Interior swap with new impala model with the Tesla screen , I herd ppl swap the interior with Cadillac ct6 I believe but I rather rock with the impala/malibu interior where u could swap a tesla screen flush
That would be a great idea to put the tesla screen in the Impala and keep the original interior design. My goal was to put a 10 inch tablet or Ipad in and move the ac controls to another location. Thanks for the comment you just gave me a idea!!!

Welcome to the 96 crew lol working on mines now gotta switch out some parts just did fuel pump and filter battery some tires just for now need blower motor for best a/c sprigs in rear and either brakes and or ball joint for some work to do ,but if I tinker away at it every week or month by summer paint or not she should be nice

Congrats on the 96 Imp. I see that you said that those are Flowmaster mufflers, are they the Flowmaster FXs?? Or do you know which Flowmaster they are? I have a 95 SS and I’m trying to decide which muffler to go with.
