I'm in the process of making one of the best damn detailed tutorials for the game you've ever seen. If you can't beat it after that, than I don't know what to tell you, but I am almost entirely certain that I can get anyone to the top of the mountain.

@@bactrosaurus Hey congrats! orange really isn't hard. The whole problem that everyone has is that they do a full jump, when they should be doing a significantly smaller one. It's like people don't even know that they can control their jump height in this game.

@@kukukachu my problem wasn't getting on top of the first rock, thats easy, i came up with a very easy solution to that. My problem is the last long, slippery rock. I did it the forst time completely slow, without a jump, but requires Pixel perfect placement. So its hard for me to replicate. When is your video coming out?

@@bactrosaurus oh, oki, yea, I can help you out there. so, there's a couple ways to tackle this. a lot of people don't know this, but you can just lift yourself up onto the elongated rock, if you've learned good windmill form and control of the hammer. I was so completely surprised when I found this out, but yea, I remember struggling and slipping on that thing all the time I didn't think it was possible to have any grip from the 3rd rock, but you can, you just gotta have good form. That's probably not gonna work for you though, so let's move on to the next thing. 2:47 is actually what you want to do, except ignore grabbing the ledge above you, just pop up and either land on the elongated slope, or slide off of it and try again. When you have properly popped and gotten on that elongated slope, you're pretty much set. You can either put your hammer directly right below you, pop from there and then grab the ledge, or if you want to do it the SUPER SAFE way, you can place your hammer slightly at the edge of your pot (closer to the of the pick side of your hammer), and just pivot yourself up the slope to the highest point of it. From there, just put your hammer up to the ledge above you and bring yourself up. Easy peasy. As far as the speedrun strat goes, it all comes down to your mindmill form, as well as your timing. Right now, I'm writing the script, and I'm just now at the furniture. As far as video goes, I recorded a 2 hour session, so that should be most of the footage, however I'll probably need to record a little bit more. I'd say it's all coming together well, but I don't really ever have a date of completion. I'm guessing it would only take another month or 2 to complete if I'm just dragging my feet. So I don't see it taking too long. I also want to let you know right now that what I'm making isn't for speedrunning, it's a guide/tutorial to actually get up the mountain. I'll be giving multiple options on how to do these obstacles, but I don't plan on focusing too much on speedrun strats. I'll bring them up in passing, but pretty much, the tutorial will be for people that haven't beaten the game yet.
