Batman And Nightwing Have A Heart-To-Heart Moment
Clark tells this to Bruce. Bruce : Huh, A superpowered Robin, I'll take him.
Superman: "You can't just have kids try to be heroes!" 😭 Batman: "How would you like to join me in stopping dangerous crimes with psychopaths, young orphan?" 🗿
trust me you dont want to be spiderman😂
-WIZARD! •How tf did you get here? -The name is Superman, how do you think I got here? •That's a good point.
I thought Shazam was the wizard and Billy Batson is Captain Marvel.
Clark and the Wizard's final exchanges here give off the impression like his opinion of the old man changed a bit. Not total forgiveness, but a certain degree of understanding and just a little bit of common ground they can agree on.
to quote the old meme: kids, don't be like billy. if a man you've never seen before in your life visits your home (especially when it is in a bad neighborhood), tells you straight up he's not with social services, and starts undressing, run! in 99.9% of cases it unfortunately isn't superman revealing his iconic symbol to show you he's there to try and help you through your trauma. quiet the opposite, actually.
Superman being a dad to billy like this is an arc I didn’t know I wanted
Imagine this was the Injustice timeline and this is originally how Supes met Billy 💀
Meanwhile Batman is adopting children with trauma in bulk!!!
OK, but who the fuck is Clark?
My name is Clark and he will be like who is Clark😂
god superman looks properly pissed in that scene where he says "who did this to you?" like that cold, white hot anger
Doesnt he have the wisdom of Solomon. .. And the power of the seven greek gods
"Wisdom doesn't equate to maturity" Aquaman, Young Justice
Was this before or after "Superior" Spiderman (IE Doc Ock...long story for those who don't know) clobbered her so bad the Thing would have been stunned?
One of those moments where supes shows he's the best hero in his universe (DC)
Why superman faces looks so funny, they looks like they are straight from memes
It's almost like every single face was drawn by different people and none of them agreed in how he should look. But by all means, that doesn't diminish the story.
It looks like they used real references for faces like the old animated movies.
Batman : 👁️👄👁️
Good ending
Shazam ❌ Captain Marvel ✅
I’ve never seen Deadpool being this good of a person…
Supermans weakness: Magic Also Superman: "Know what? Fvck you." *Manifests in front of the wizard*
Exactly. Big blue was PISSED.
He is not weak to magic he is not immune to it like us humans we have no protection to magic
Superman tells bruce about this. Bruce: 🤔So this boy is crowbar proof?
💀 bro
razam: the boy wonder
And an orphan?
Whatever happened to Shazam having Solomon's wisdom?
Well, the thing is that Solomon's mistakes outnumber his wise decisions.
In the words of Aquaman in s1 ep22 of Young Justice: ‘Wisdom does not equate with maturity’
With the way it works it's basically a glorified google search. It knows everything, but won't tell you if you don't think to ask.
or its one of those "the character is as smart as the writer" but in this case, its wisdom
@@javelin1423 That or the writers don't know or care about the source material.
please tell me bruce found this out and helped billy get a better home life
I have to say, I kind of love the idea of Superman going to *The Wizard Shazam* of all people. He's just one of those figures I mentally file away as "pure backstory not really part of it" so it feels kinda like Superman breaking the script or... something. It's hard to explain, but it's fun. Also I just like Superman caring so much. He's a sweet guy, he cares a lot, and too many intepretations don't give that enough weight.
Agree, with this superhero deconstruction trend people tend to forget that Superman is the ultimate good guy.
@@Hektols Boy scout supes>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>whatever the heck most writers have been doing with him the last years
average insightful comment from somebody with a lewd profile picture
It would be pretty awesome if Lois and Clark took billy under their wing, not just because he's a superhero but because he's a kid in need of a healthy environment, mean the allowed to stay at their house often and provide things for him, growing up with Jordan and Jonathan would be a very great thing for him through their shared experiences as well as open up a lot of potentially great storylines.
Ha Louis and clark
That.... is a really good point and kind of an ironic one if you think about: Shazam, once upon a time out sold Superman. I like that idea God damnit.
Ngl, Clark becoming Billy’s adoptive dad would be pretty nice.
depends on what comic. In most billy's uncle is trying his best for him. even tho he can't be there for him most of the time.
Bros got his hands full with those offshoot kryptonian kids and Jon's Angsty gay ahh he doesn't need any more kids😭😭😭
Kinda funny that he's got a problem with the Wizard doing this to Billy because he's a kid, but his Best Bat Friend Forever collects orphans like Pokemon Cards and he doesn't Bat an eye. Guy you make great points on How To Train Your Robin but Superman's issue in this Comic specifically is that a child shouldn't be doing this period, not that he's untrained or unsupervised. Hell he even says so on Panel. In other instalments it's different but in this one specifically, this Superman has a problem with Child Heroes being a thing, not just irresponsible Child Heroes being a thing. It's just how they wrote him for this issue. But usually he'd agree with y'all points, and challenge Bats to a Pokemon Battle with Kara, Conner, and Jon. Maybe they'll use the move "Dead Parents" I hear it's Super Effective against Gotham types.
Robins are properly trained and Bruce ain't reckless he doesn't even send them on missions til they are ready both mentally and physically, more of all they are not bound by responsibility like Billy Batson. Now if you say Jason's death here then that will explain you never read any comics because Jason Todd's death was voted by the fans themselves there were 2 options either Batman saves him or he dies at the hands of Joker, the fans chose DEATH
@@Faster_than_light_x "Bruce doesn't even send them on missions till they're ready" You can be 100% ready and still be shot in the head.
@@allforone3427 Still better than going in without it, and also he's there most of the time when they're starting out
Because Bruce actually looks after the kids he takes in. He makes them his legal wards, lets them stay in his house, allows them to attend school and he's around to guide them. Alfred is also there to act as support. The Wizard bestowed Billy with his powers and then left him to his own devices. A child shouldn't be given that much power without some form of training or guidance, especially when said child is an orphan who's living on the streets to survive. Billy was also acting as a hero by himself until the rest of Marvel Family got their powers later on.
@@ridley7498 I feel like that's changing the problem from "He's just a kid" to "He's untrained" like Superman's problem isn't that he's inexperienced, his problem with it is that he's like 10 and shouldn't be doing this period. Even if the wizard gave Billy all the training in the world I don't think he'd Magically be fine with it if this happened again. His whole point is that this shouldn't be his problem, not that he's not ready for it.
I feel like this is more impactful then anything Batman has done. Superman: Why would you give a kid the power of a god? Hes just a kid? Batman: Here is how to not nearly die by getting shot at and drive a dangerous vehicle.
then you don't understand the narrative Batman has shown, Bruce and all of his disciples were people who were forced to be mature at a very young age, all of them share the same trauma. Bruce knowing all that did a very good job at mentoring them, there was an alternate storyline that showed what would happen if they never met Batman, at the end all of them ended up having a very fuc..ked up life without him and Batman also grew more broodier without them. My comment just barely scratches the surface of a very interesting and well written story of Batman, so if u wanna look into it just read the comics
@@Faster_than_light_x the comment below this also explains more than that. He canbe 100% certain they're ready to do something but joket literally states, it just takes one bad day to ruin it all. Jason todd best example
There is a deep irony is Superman asking that considering the entire premise of his character.
@@HeartlessDragon25 Did you even know Jason Todd's death happened because of the fans and not because of Batman. DC did a poll back in 1988 on if they want to let him live or die? the fans chose to kill Jason Todd.. and it became an official canon storyline
@@MonochromaticPrism What do you mean by Deep Irony? Superman is THE one and only person who would stand up against something like this because he knows being invulnerable means nothing when you have the heart and mind of an everyday human who cares for others more than he does for himself more of all he was angry because a kid shouldn't have the responsibility to save the world, he should have life of a teenager, he should worry about school tests not how to make the world a better place
Whats the title of the comic book called?
Superman/Shazam: First Thunder Issue 4
One critic for the comic. When clark showing billy he is superman it is weird that he opens his hemd in front of a child in a poor area.... Just removing the glases and a little lift up from the floor would have been better.
Its more cool if you show the superman "S"
why the fuck would you feel the need to make this scene so weird by pointing that out? please keep that kind of shit inside of your mind, thanks
😂😂😂
This is the nitpickiest nitpick I've ever seen.
Your just weird dude
“Kills Deadpool” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Deadpool is a real piece of Sh-t. Only the dregs of society would think he's cool.
Yall think we gonna see this on the big screen
Flawed story line no continuity !obviously 🙄 just grasping for straws to see which ones longest and longer but the goal originally was to find the short one 🤨 aka lazy work yields the least rewards!
Killing doom is no easy task
Why it's a what if story
Never in my life of knowing Spider-Man have I thought if Spidey can use his sticky powers with and part of his body. I always believed it only works with his hands and feet. I also am amazed he found out he can stick his mask to his face with his powers since that could easily fix all those times his villains take off his mask.
Spider-Man*

@@MrQuest0 Why would I think he wrote it? To me it’s very obvious he didn’t.

I remember when I was a kid and first saw Peter meet the FF. It was really soon after he lost Ben. He went to try and join them so he could get paid for his super hero work, and got butt hurt and ran out like a bitch when they said they wouldn’t pay him. He was a really angry kid at the time. Now though, this is super wholesome to see. I love it. Honestly crazy jealous I don’t have any relationships like this in my life. Probably never will.
they couldn't pay him lol, they were non profit.
@@austinbilleci110 yeah I remember. Can’t believe how badly Pete flipped when Reed told him
Spider-Man is the goat
Spiderman publicly being close with somebody, what a great idea! Im sure his enemies wont try to get to him through the boy
Gladly they didn't
Maybe he should’ve told him it really happened in the future. Maybe you could’ve stopped the X-Men from being killed through manipulation because because of Mysterio.
This story touches on why I'm not fond of multiversal storytelling: there's no real stakes. This being could have just thrown them into another reality, annihilated them, etc., and there would still be limitless universes. In fact, given what's happen in other storylines, the annihilation of entire universes isn't uncommon, with Dr. Doom doing so to one where he was a good guy because his alternate self was...too blunt in his assessment of the villain we all know and love.
Imagine if Johnny removed the mask and it actually was Aston Kutcher.
Accidentally ends the universe 😂😂😂😂😭
How did Ben not sink into the swimming pool?
Johnny. The devil himself has it out for Peter. You’re absolutely the lucky one.
Even the devil is starting to run out of ideas on how to mess up Pete's life.
@@doctorakiba5667 Yeah. But sending Paul after him was a big time play.
@@MegaManDBZX yeah but not really, Mephisto sabotaged Peter and MJ’s lives but that had less to do with Peter and more to do with Mayday Parker
@@Wezt334 True. But he’s still dicking Peter over to make sure she’s not born.
