You have to have ZERO balls and no hair on your Johnson to let someone do that to you and walk away with all his teeth still in his mouth. 🙄🙄🙄

Could you use a battery post for lead?

That doesnt damage the pins? Arent they usually a softer metal

The soft lead that comes off the key CANT BE VERY GOOD TO BRING CLOSE TO YOUR FACE when trying to see/shave the mask. Since you already got the bench for the vice, MAYBE bench light with a large glass that can slightly magnify it can keep help keep all the shavings on the bench and away from your face..

I'm no doctor, BUUT MIGHT BE SMART TO WEAR A DUST MASK or something to avoid breathing in the lead dust shavings if you work with soft lead regularly..

Another thing you can do to make the marks more visible is to blacking the edge with a Sharpie pen and the pins will scratch through the thin ink. I did this for my old Accord with an aluminum key made entirely from scratch.

Its actually crazy how easy this stuff actually is to do. Burglars have it easy these days. They could sneak up on your house at 2 am for example and use similar techniques to fashion a working key then they can easily slip into your house in no time right after you leave for work in the morning and they can lock it right back up on their way out so it takes you a minute to even realise you have been robbed

Why did the video cut out right before he got the lock to turn? As if something funny happened in order for that key to work.. itd be much more believable if the video went straight thru without any edits.. As they say, "the magic of TV" Its too bad would have been a good video otherwise, but too much of a coincidence that the video cut out, right afterwards, "oh look the key worked, the lock turned, we did it, we're done." Were not blind or born yesterday...

How does one get into this business? I been in the automotive business for 20 years looking to get out of it always was interested in making keys and programming them
