Looking at Sherwood Forest the other day. It's now a tiny wood surrounded by fields and pastures where once ancient trees and paths dwelt.

This is the best movie and story about Robin Hood...🍀 My love since childhood✨💜

This was my favorit TV series when I was a young boy. I made countless bows and wooded swords running around playing Robin Hood. This rolle of Guy of Gisburne was excellent. And I seriously can't think of any movie or TV-series that gives the same feeling of going back in time as this one.

The only true Robin, the only true Sheriff, the only true Guy of Gisburne. The scene at 13:26 is just epic.

I remember this series. It has been a long time, but I remember and miss it. There are many series I miss. The song is by Clannad.

Very creative indeed David, my 2 favourites are Nasir ( Lionel Ritchie Hello song ) this absolutely cracked me up with laughter my second favourite was Gulnar ( Queen It's a kind of magic ) this also made me laugh so very much........... FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

In the 80s as a kid this had the impact of mystical dimensions that weren't in much else. Moya Brennan and Clannad are on another level, it won a BAFTA for Best Original Television Music.

After reading Richard carpenters book robin fact or fiction five times this series was fantastic for millions ,and clannads music fantastic ,that made this series thank you Richard
