This channel was created to show the fun and creative side of a hard working family man. I share my videos not as an expert of anything but as a quest to explore, create and share. RESPECT THE WORKING CLASS!
WINCHESTER 1892 PROJECT FIRST SHOTS!
This Winchester was purchased by myself on Gunbroker. It was only the receiver, barrel and magazine tube with no parts on the inside. The parts were sourced from all over the country on parts sites like Ebay and other restoration sites. The fun was in the journey and learning a new skill. I hope you enjoy. Thanks for watching!

Nice job it looks like you might have to adjust your cartridge carrier or maybe the cartridge guides are a little too worn. I know you can get that thing to run smooth. I'm impressed you built that thing from a bare reciever and barrel. My guess is with a little bit of adjustment and breaking that thing in it will run smooth.
@WilliamJohnson-g6z I appreciate that. Thanks for the feedback and I'll be sure to do updates as I get it to run smoothly. Thanks for watching!
@99Fabrication Cool I want to see the updates. I really like the rifle.
@@WilliamJohnson-g6z Thank you!
Although Winchesters were chambered in 38-40 but Marlins were Colt lightning rifles were chambered in that round also all around the same time period. The round was designed for Winchester rifles but other rifles used it too.
@WilliamJohnson-g6z Thank you for that and thanks for watching. Did you catch the 1st shots video of the 1892? I posted it last week. Check it out and let me know what you think!
Great job!
Great Vid, I need to step my firearm game up!

Love working on firearms that need a little tlc. Try polishing the feed ramp & coating it with a little oil so it feeds the ammo better. Great video 99.
@@KYHill-billy I'll definitely try that. I had lots of oil in it, at least in my estimation, but I'll also keep cycling it. Thanks for watching EKP.

I just recently bought a Winchester 1873 in 357mag down here in Australia. I also have a Rossi R92 in 357mag as well.
@frankhoch5797 Nice! I enjoy my Rossi and I intend on purchasing an 1873 too! I'm going to try to edit some video of my experience with my 1892 and will have the video out soon. Thanks for watching!
Already serviced both of my gas generators. Taking care of those is a must. Glad to see your on top of things my friend. Keep up the good work, and keep prepping! When you get relaxed is when things go sideways. Take care brother.
@KYHill-billy Thank you, sir. Speaking of staying on top, I've been keeping my eye on the black Friday sales. I Just picked up the Bluetti AC180. $479.00 Waiting to get it to see if I'll do a video on it. Not sure. Seemed like a great deal for a top 3 brand of 1152 wh. Take a look at those Flash sale pages. Thanks for watching!
I’m looking behind the generator and said to myself, he’s doing an oil change. Then as you were running the generator I said to myself, it needs adjusting. It reminded me of the old school cars with carburetors 😂😂 I am so much a tomboy and not the average lady 😆 Thanks for sharing.

@KYHill-billy yes sir! Actually, that EcoFlow River Pro set up is the 2nd system that I ever bought about 4 yrs ago now. I just recently bought fold up panels for it due to the sales that were going on. Funny thing is, I think I want the Pecron E1500lfp now. I feel the addiction! Hahaha

Yes sir, thank you brotha. Thanks for watching!
Haha You said you had your pecker on 2 batteries lol.
How difficult was it to get the eb3000 to cascade with the e2000lfp?
@@anthonyglaser929 Not difficult at all. From my understanding, the charge levels of each unit have to be close to start. If I remember correctly within 10%. I could be wrong about the percentage. In addition, if you have 2, Eb3000's you must go into the settings to set the 2000lfp up for 2 batteries. Otherwise it thiks there's just one. "Rambling Bob's Reviews " has a complete series on setting up the Eb3000 to the 2000lfp. Thanks for watching!
good video. Hope all is well with you and the fam.
@Herbsformentalhealth Thanks brotha I appreciate that! Everyone is well. How about on your end?
Good point. Thanks for the info. 🙌🏽
@@TrenasJourney There she is! Thanks for watching!
Great video. Love those eb3000 batteries 🔋 ❤
Thank you sir! I think they are a great deal. At 3072 watts each they have more watt hours than most power stations in the $1000 price range.
So in stand alone mode, withe the EB3000, I have two renogy 200w 12v panels, would it handle both of those panels in series, or would I need to put them in parallel. My thought was using the DC output port of this EB3000 to charge my bluetti AC180 .. DC to DC.. I think it would put out 360 watts. seems like the cheapest way to add this much capacity to my AC180. The AC180 has a great inverter that runs everything in my utility trailer, I just want more runtime. Thought I would just move the solar over to the EB3000 and DC to DC charge the AC180.

@@goneridingparts Remember that when wired in series, the voltage of the panels are added. Make sure the eb3000 will accept the added voltage value so you don't damage anything. If I remember correctly, it accepts 12-95 volts so it should be OK. Connecting 2 in series would mean 24 volts coming in. Double check the manual to make sure. Also, I believe the EB3000 can accept 400w of solar so you should be good on the too. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
Hi thanks for the review! Did you notice over time these dim at all. I saw a few reviews that said after about 5 mins they dimmed to the lowest setting.
@UrbanBackyardHomesteading Sorry for the delay. Over the past couple of days, I have charged and discharged 2 of the lights that I have. Each time I would charge then run the light on high for 15 minutes. Never do they dim. Just to make sure they are still on high level I hit the button to make sure there are 2 lower levels on each click. I'm not an electrical engineer but I would guess it has something to do with the health of the individual battery. Hope this helps and thanks for subscribing!

Hey 99!👋🏽🥰 You know we love 2fers😁
Heeeeeey my lady friend! Yes, you do like 2fers. That's one of your channel trademarks. 😄. It's good to hear from you!
This pecron e 2000 is one proven machine! It cost more than the new e 1500, with a larger 2200 watt inverter, what does that tell you and app. The e2000 is a bigger seller and a bigger battery and works. The bricks have a advantage that most do not know. Have a problem get another brick instead of sending the machine in.
@vincenttony81 True. I mostly care about capacity. Apps and Bluetooth are secondary. Neither one of those, apps or Bluetooth work when the power is depleted. Thanks for watching!
Or DIY 'em yourself and save $. Very easy. Lots of YT vids using MC4 connectors. ❤
Very true. Thanks for watching!
Get the extra battery if you can. I have the e3000 and the e2000 , so 5029 wh . But im thinking of grtting the extra battery for the e2000. No such thing as too much power!
Thats the truth! I enjoy having this system. Its affordable and dependable with no frills. Thanks for watching!
Bought the E1500LFP + 1~ EP3000 batt bout 7 mnths ago. Thought, that's all! Then last week the EP3000 and EB 3000 dropped to $999. What could I do!!??? Bought another, of course. 😂 ❤😂
Great setup and you defintely have enough in the event of an outage. New to your channel and question, have you encountered any issues? Been looking to get this for a family member since i have the Bluetti AC200MAX. Great video and take care.
Sorry for the delay. I use the Pecron system probably as plain as anyone could use it. I charge it by solar and plug things into it to save energy and money. It just works. I'm not a fancy type of guy, I just need it to work and it does. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful rifle thanks for sharing pard'ner 🤠
Very nice comment. I appreciate that. Keep your ears close for the 1st shots of that old Winchester to see if it fires. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Is the 2000lfp worth it at $780?
I think that there are better products out there. But, for the money without alot of fancy features I think it's well worth the money. When you consider the expandability and the cost per watt hour after purchasing the batteries, you're in the .37c per watt hour range. Hard to beat for raw power.
@99Fabrication thank you. I appreciate the feedback and you responding today. I've been looking at getting one of these battery inverter generator for the last two years. And I haven't personally found one this inexpensive yet. The deal ends today on their website. I will be following your channel now.
@JS-bh4ii thank you for that. You can invest, one day, in a few 100 or 200 watt solar panels. That way technically you will be energy independent if there were ever any grid issues indefinitely. Congratulations!
@@99Fabrication would you have any suggestions for types of solar panels?
@JS-bh4ii YES! Solar panels that fit your budget. To be honest, as long as they are a reputable company, Rich Solar, Renogy etc you should be in good shape. I buy Rich Solar because they are local and it supports local business. I really don't have a preference. Whether you buy 100w, 200w or 400w it's all a matter of how much power you want to get into your power statio, how fast and how much you want to spend. If a panel is advertised as 100w, that is under best circumstances. It might bring in 85 at best normally. Just like a car. They say 40 mpg but NOT WITH YOU, lol. You may only get 35. You get the picture. Maybe start with one panel and get another as budget allows. Remember, however many panels you hook up to it, don't go over the voltage. Each panel has a certain amount of voltage. The instructions are clear about that. Hope that helps.
That’s a cool find. Thanks for sharing 😊
You're welcome my friend!

She's a beauty sir, well done! Around 15 yrs ago I built an Inland M1 Carbine from a bare receiver s/n dated its production to Oct. '43.
