Dorian Variations
There are 5,040 possible variations for each of the 462 heptatonic scales (or seven-note chords) possible in 12-tone music. The Harken Music system proves this mathematically using combinatorics to calculate every combination and permutation possible in 12-tone equal temperament. With the Harken Music system we can calculate there are 5,544 heptatonic combinations and 2,328,480 permutations. Can you play all 5,040 variations of a Dorian scale? The Harken can. Watch the video. Check out the demo at harkenmusic.com. It’s all free and open-source.

There are 120 possible variations (permutations) for each of the 330 possible pentatonic scales (or five-note chords). That’s it! No more-no less. The Harken Music system proves this mathematically by using combinatorics to calculate every combination and variation possible in 12-tone music, including all symmetrical pentatonic scales (e.g., 0, 2, 5, 7, 10), major pentatonic scales (e.g. 0, 2, ...

Introduction to the Harmonagon (OLD VERSION)
Where was this explanation thirty years ago?
Why did you play the 12 note chord?
those four opening notes remind me of The Köln Concert :)
Except it's a spiral. Not a circle.
Like a slinky...
I'm just happy g is red
Well, I'm just confused now 😂😂😂
This is basically a waste of time, it doesn’t really help you understand anything
I didn't understand a single word of this.
Where did the B # and D # go? and why?
why are Sus2 and Sus4 not considered Triads in this video?
❤❤❤
✨❤✨ when music becomes the wheel of the soul carrier
A great presentation! I've worked on a similar project for years. However, for accuracy, we must set an exact wavelength (nanometers), which can be determined with lasers. Surprisingly, the 3 primary colors of light do NOT form an equilateral triangle, but closely correspond the the numbers 12, 4 ad 7 on a clock, with 12 being pure red, and form a major triad! Your colors are extremely close to the named notes, with C being green. Keep up this fascinating work!
Again this is very old that music can be understood with geometry
Thank you that was awesome 😎💯
this video is 7+ years old and shine like new
@30 seconds: "The 12 points of a dodecagon" align perfectly with the numbers on the face of a clock - and these mathematical principles are also true for our chemical elements.
Is this still available as an app?
💚🙏
thanks!!!!
Loving this, for I cannot imagined this World, without the presence of music in life ❤❤❤
I honestly cant believe music is geometrical, this has to link into spiritualitily somehow i just dont know how
hmm, came across this video by chance. To me it seems like this code was made by someone, I mean made for us to understand, something that fits perfectly into our brain. I mean, made by a higher intelligence.
If I knew 20 years ago what I know now about Google, I would not used Google.
Thank you for this video, you are showing to the world what many of us could only see in our harmonic eye. As with all things that build our “reality” this is truly beautiful to the eye (as an observer) and enriching to the whole of existence. It is quite fallacious for me the say this (though I feel it apropos) :everything is everything If one can learn to understand the wave and frequency, they will then have the key to understanding whole of all things and the how of all things. Truly beautiful, thank you:)
I have experienced the geometry of sounds when tripping on acid, specially when listening Jazz...
Cool😍
I need that software...
Just Google harmonagon it's free
WHY DOES THIS ALL HAVE TO BE "ORGANIZED" WITHIN A CIRCLE? WHO MADE THAT THE RULE?
6988-50bc-articulture technology datalinked by global vision copyrighted civilization registration owenership 2001 a family owened company.
Penta sounds like the english vowel sounds...
- This seems very interesting to understand transposing, etc. But as non-musician, I cannot say this video told me much. XD In fact 12? I know 7 ...
This is.... also astrology. My brain has always stalled with music theory as soon as i hear "circle of fifths." But you're getting all ADHD and synesthesia up in here, so i think our brains might be compatible. Gonna sub.
Reflection transposed. Ok
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I must mention here Thalus von Athos, or Alfons Jasinski, who wrote at least 9 hefty volumes, in German, of his visits to the underground of Southern Germany and Austria. He, and friends, met with 4 different races, some hybrid, and one pure reptilian. All more developed than us on the surface. .They feel the need to cooperate with us for our collective evolution, even ascension. Very credible in my estimation!
for everyone reading this, i recommend finding the book raforbidden manifestation by zara blackthorn. it was a game changer for me
to everyone scrolling, do yourself a favor and read forbidden manifestation by zara blackthorn. thank me later.
I got it, one of the best books ive ever read
Can you tell me where to find it please?? It’s barely yielding any results on internet for ebook or near me for purchase
Any sources to the book please?
To everyone reading this, do yourself a favor and don't fall for pseudoscientific and esoteric bs. Thank me later.
@@Pdjwvdugowqnxbgze how could you be thanked later for not falling for something? How would anyone ever determine when later was?
keep watching these videos if youre satisfied with mediocrity. otherwise, go find and read forbidden manifestation by zara blackthorn and thank me later.
😳🤯🤩😎👍🏼👍🏼

Now i understand how close encounters ended thank you
Good ears

The Harkenmusic site is so awesome. I didn't get it at first but next to the copyright at the bottom I saw Holly J Huber (and your name). I found her Github and read the all the source code which was Javascript. The reason I searched her name is because I did my ancestry tree on family search and on one particular lineage my ancestors went back to the Swiss Confederation of Cantons (Switzerland before it was unified as one nation.) The family names there were Naff and Huber. The Huber family were Barons and Counts ruling the Zurich area. It was cool seeing that name "Huber" on the harkenmusic site. How do you and Holly J Huber know each other?
I find it to be much closer, even a design, to Seljuk art long before the cubic times.
This is cool
The software is crashed, I guess :(((
The link is out :(
this is so cool
So Awesome. Thank you.
