I agree with the young man about community college. My 1st 2 years were at CC. Many of my adjunct instructors had real life jobs outside of teaching. My College Algebra instructor was a scientist at Los Alamos Labs. My English Instructor was a full-time attorney.

You make an articulate great case for the vision of Microsoft listing. several features that Microsoft supposedly researched and developed. However, Microsoft's great strength was in shamelessly copying Apple's R&D, then having superior distribution in the PC world. That being said, Microsoft did prevail for a while and the analogy with Palantir works.
