alternate between rounds of whole body pore breathing and power stretching with weight. Keeping the conditions and stretch...lower torso melting and stretching down to feet while upper torso stretch through the weight. This connects the stretch between 2 points "dui la".

Hi, My apologies the website is getting revamped. Interested students should contact me at robin.betton@gmail.com and I can discuss with them training options etc...
And how can you be contacted? Your webside seems to be down.
What’s the breathing for this when you are loading the fascia?
Just a little difficult to hear since I am old and deaf. And when I turn on cc it is never right. Recommending that you increase the volume.
@cynsterg007 I have a clip on mic I'll use next time. Thank you for taking the time to watch.
Great looking New Hampshire boys 😂
Sweet ❤
❤
Whatever style of tai chi this is, I need to learn this.
Thanks Chris. It's "Huang" style Taiji. The push hands sets and 5 loosening's you can find for free on youtube ua-cam.com/video/VIdtRYzqDuc/v-deo.html
Bullshido
No idea 😩
If you post your gear , you opening yourself to criticism. Her shoulders are way to engaged and the joints should be released through the correct nei gong, not forcing them open. You lift your shoulders also in your form. The shoulders need to be set and scapula released otherwise the qi can’t flow. I don’t post my form or push hands because I’m not open to criticism, except my Sifu and my seniors. If you post online, you open yourself up to it
You mean you don't post your gear because your a coward. Let's keep this going then I'll just delete all your shit.
Who is your teacher?
@milehigh61 your mom. We get together frequently with your record players and she sings to me.

Shoulders and scapula should not be engaged at all
Yes they should actually be moving
Errr no, shoulder should be set and scapula released. Watch GM Huang doing it and you will see. His shoulders don’t lift at all. But anyways I have seen your form, you look like high level so you should know 😋
@milehigh61 do not do as he does. Open the body the joints and loosen/melt the flesh from the bone and joint. Open the body similar to tui na and bonesetting, melt and then close the joints/harmonies so your body can feel the differential. Especially for beginners open the joints and the frame as much as possible. This is why so many people get no results for push hands as they can't open the body. They see the masters perform in small frame without understanding the correct causes to get the better results down the line. See my push footage. Also feel free to post yours to demonstrate your results.

also interesting in your tai chi playlist you have adam mizner's version of the loosenings which i've felt what's supposed to be happening. feel free to post and demo. push footage is good.
lol
thanks, great vid✌
Trail is closed and chained off now. Noone can go to the caves or oak creek now.

For those of you overseas particularly grumpy old f'ers feel free to sponsor a trip to your homeland of new zealand where we can purse wine tours, horse riding, lord of the rings helicopter tours, jiu jitsu combatives oh yeah and tai chi push hands!!!!!
Feel free to visit any time. But, I note, you didn't answer my question. BTW - I have spent nearly 20 years as a student of Wee Kee Jin (the last indoor student of Master Huang). So I can point to a lineage. I was asking if you can do the same. That is a perfectly valid question and has nothing to do with "being grumpy".
@@Whangareitaiji3138 I am currently studying Huang's form through a teacher that studied with Lau King. When I responded to you directly that I am learning from Mark Rasmu's material that is a good enough answer for me. I have not seen a lot of Wee Kee Jin's material/skills or his students available online. Mark Rasmus's material is phenomenal especially considering it is easily accessible, easy to understand in English and affordable. In fact most of his material is available for free on his youtube channel. I've also studied Gao style Baguazhang in Boston and Taiwan through a "lineage". From my pov "lineage" is not a guarantee of anything. Breaking skills and principles down in terms of cause and effect and then manifesting those skills through the correct causes seems to be the greatest determinant of ability.
Kinda like Wing Chun sticky hands but instead with the whole body.
Im 160 pounds and no amount of bullshido would stop me from simultaneously tapping both of you out. Im not sure what i just saw but i also have never watched gay porn.
well explained thanks
Sedona is so amazing! I was just there last week. Up near the airport is an amazing spot to watch the sunset if you have a chance. It’s a little crowded, but watching the sunset over the town and bluffs from up there is breathtaking.
Is this Celine Dion?
This is the content I signed up for.
That looks like Nov's spot
Yep he's in the background with the timer
Could you share the chords? Would love to know what they’re playing over in that solo section
Good stuff, you were very patience with the student. I wasn't able to get to the HME camp in Milwaukee this time but hope to be able to train with you at a future event. you've certainly made good choices in instructors!!! Mark Rasmus, Adam Mizner, Luo Dexiu, Curtis. Out of interest how would you compare the energy and feel of HME Tai chi compared to Gao style Ba Gua? do you feel differences in the way they use Ting? Respect to all Wish you well in your training and teaching.
✌️, 💕 And 🙏 Blessing's....

A friend of mine recently recommended to learn tai chi online with The tai chi academy from Chris Davis, with Discover Taiji from Adam Mizner or taijiacademy from Liang de Hua in the next lock down period What do you think? Can you help?
I would only recommend studying in person at least twice a week min. with only the senior instructors from Adam's system to save you possibly decades of struggle and to save you financially. Same with Liang's system. To make the highest quality progress you need in person transmission and a group of dedicated training partners preferably to push with daily. I have a online Patreon page for students who have trained my free material to the point they realize they will need help and pointers. I also highly recommend Mark Rasmus's Taiji or Elastic Force course. Again see comments above. So my biggest advice is to to do the math financially to see who is available within your area for training and who has the highest level of skill and willingness to transmit their knowledge "openly". Best of luck and let me know how your journey goes. - Robin
I also have a dedicated discord for students to ask any questions they have. Feel free to film yourself as well and we can assess where you are in terms of skill and to then create some solutions and road map how to get you where you need to go for training.
