I'm glad you mentioned torso rotation, because that also involves shoulder rotation. You should be rotating your upper half similarly to throwing a right cross (Or left if you are a southpaw) in boxing.
I know this is getting a bit ahead, but you will generate more power in your swing, if you rotate your hips and shoulders, in an almost identical fashion to throwing a punch. I.e. if you are a right handed boxer, and you go to throw a right cross, you are going to twist your trunk and rotate your shoulders. You aren't going to throw an arm punch. Same for hitting.

I’m the opposite.y coaches tell me to hit to ball n stop placing the ball even tho I score alot from that way. They want to see a bang while one just getting the easy point😂
You suck at volleyball
The video gives not an ounce of practical info for the average hobby volleyball player. Bullshit imaginary parameters and abreviations just to sound "scientifically". Of course a professional player that is able to transfer his eccentric strech to explosive power to jump higher and to change direction quicker is going to have an advantage in the game. You don't need to post a 2 minute video about obvious stuff like that. Instead do a video on how to train or how to improve your technique on explosiveness and that manner.
And of course classic click-bait title...

Huh that’s weird because I can’t touch rim, so my feet is prolly around 28 and my touch is around 10 and 6 inches, but my spikes seem more effective

Im 5'8 and play casually and the only thing i got going for me is my jumps, without jumps id be useless.
Had a player like that. Powerful arm but always tried to hit through the block. She was blocked time after time & hit for .108 which is awful for such a talented player.
