Your examples imply POD. So why not say it up front? As a true handmade seller, hundreds and thousands of listings is not practical. Between designing and making a product to quality photos and SEO, there would be no time to sleep. So, maybe a little disclaimer at the start of the video.

I've had my designs for mugs and T Shirts on Etsy now for over a year and sold absolutely NOTHING. I'm not using clipart. I've designed everything from scratch on Affinity, and have dropped my prices to £14.99 for a mug. I'll make about £1 per mug. People I know tell me they won't pay more than a fiver for a mug no matter what's on it. This was supposed to be a side hustle to help support me as I've just retired. I can't afford to pay Etsy more for advertising. I love doing all the artwork, but if my new Vampalisa T Shirt, that took over a week to design doesn't sell, I'm probably going to give up. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Etsy banned all my shops and the ones of my friends. I don’t know what happened but that was a nightmare. I thought it was all over until i found out about gigshield and paid for my reactivation. 😢

I had a totally inactive shop for about 1.5years with about 3 products listed and 2 sales in the beginning. Iv since revisited and uploaded 20+ items but really struggling to get any traffic, what’s the best option, new shop or keep on and be persistent

😢Fortunately gigshield was able to reactivate mine. I opened a shop about a week and a half ago. By the end of the 1st week, I had about 40 items listed. Then by that evening, my account was suspended. No reason was given. No notice. And no email. I kept appealing the suspension but kept getting automated messages from etsy saying they escalated the issue and it could take up to 7 days to resolve, but those are automated email responses.

Glad I found your videos, great info. I understand how to increase your conversion rate on handmade or POD items, but how do you do it as a vintage seller? Most items are one of a kind and just have to 'wait' for that one person that wants that item, so my conversion rate is only around .06%, my friend who has a vintage shop said only way to increase it when doing everything else correctly is to have a massive amount of items 500 -1000 or more listed at all times, to appeal to a wider audience? Any other ideas to increase conversion, can't really cut costs as I'm comping just below most others, or offer free shipping otherwise I'll lose money on every sale and be priced above the competition.
