The hood of my nb likes to go up a little bit while at high speed. You think hood pins would be a good idea to keep it down?

The bed's gonna hit the tires if you put any real weight in there. the I beam there could be radiused for the tires, or maybe lift the truck a couple inches. Honestly I'd have looked for a one ton suburban to do these mods to, but I understand working with what you can find. I hope you added bracing inside the roof pillars, because they are structural, so it would be a deathtrap if not reinforced properly. I'm curious to see something interesting done to that beetle I kept seeing.

Think i would have found a silverado on Craigslist or marketplace that was missing the engine and trans and swapped the engine and trans from the suv. Lot less work that way.

Gota luv it....California wer u can modify your cigarette lighter inside ur car can't even put a k&n airfilter in your car but u can cut a suburban in half with ur rear wheels almost at the back of the cab wall....no problem.....wtf

Why wouldn't you just take the body off of the Tahoe and drop the Silverado cab on it?

You have to factor in all the materials you got in it id bet its close to another $1000 with the wire and im sure grinding disk the seam sealer im not sure if paint was on there electricity is probably hard to quantity but its something

If that 120v extension cord is good enough to carry the i assume near 20 amps then it will carry 20 amps at 240v so make an adapter to be able to plug it into the 240 outlet just make sure you are paying attention and not plug your grinder in to 240v

This is something I've always wanted to do, but to an OBS Suburban. Crew cab OBS trucks with 4WD and the 350 are hard to find, since they were only available as 2500 and 3500. The ones that do appear are so expensive. I can get an OBS 4WD suburban for around $1,500.

Now what do we call it? A Burbanado?
